I have always enjoyed my service experience at your dealership. For a long time, my Service Advisor was Carl A. Carl always made me feel special and somehow always went beyond the normal courtesy of dealership. For a long time, my Service Advisor was Carl A. Carl always made me feel special and somehow always went beyond the normal courtesy of being helpful to me. Many times I was in a time crunch during my lunch and I was getting the oil changed, Carl did his best to accomodate me based on my needs. To me this is an important part of customer service. When Carl was on a leave of absence or he left the dealership temporarily, I really missed him. I asked about him but no one would tell me why he was not there anymore. Angel G. became my new advisor. I like Angel and he has been an attentive and professional person, but in my latest visit, I saw that Carl was back and I would like for him to be my service advisor again. Nothing personal about Angel, I simply feel more comfortable with Carl and to a degree a sense of customer loyalty. Please let me know when Carl is assigned to my profile again. Kindly send my thanks to Angel for all he has done, but I wish to request Carl to handle all my future service calls on my Honda. Thank you. Dorel Vanegas More
The customer service I received was outstanding! I give 4 stars to Carl Arrington who was my Service Advisor. Mr. Arrington was very prompt when I arrived at the dealer ship for service. I had several quest stars to Carl Arrington who was my Service Advisor. Mr. Arrington was very prompt when I arrived at the dealer ship for service. I had several question about service requirements. Carl checked my service history and answered all my questions with enthusiasm! I was also treated with professionalism and courtesy when I checked out. As always, Dale was very courteous to us, and equally caring about our car. He kept us informed about what was going on, and when there was a delay about fitting the new tires he arranged a car to take caring about our car. The work was first class and the balance and tracking for the new tires was outstanding - Kurt Winkler did a great job. Dale and Kurt are a credit to Chapman Honda. I rated quality of work as "good" rather than great because I have no way of measuring quality of work until well after the fact. I had questions about the need to replace front and rear brake pads wh because I have no way of measuring quality of work until well after the fact. I had questions about the need to replace front and rear brake pads which were clearly answered by Angel in a follow up call I made this morning. I needed to understand the 0% readings of yesterday on my brake pads versus the 2.1-4mm reading I received this April under the old computer reporting system. I didn't have these figures with me yesterday but Chris Graves did an excellent job of explaining the information in the new report and my options at the time of service. Thank you for the liftime warranty on my new brake pad parts. My concern was that I was using the brakes too much or improperly causing too rapid wear but was assured today that this is not the case. Chapman Honda gives excellent service. It is also wonderful to see Carl Arrington, my old service coordinator, back at Chapman again. Carl Arrington was the main reasons for we purchased our 2007 Honda XL sedan from Chapman Motors. Thanks again for a job well done. More
I was told when I bought the car if I brought it back to the dealership for service I would get a free car wash. Since this is what i was expecting I was thoroughly disappointed when they told me it would the dealership for service I would get a free car wash. The service light came on about 2 weeks ago on the highway ... due for an oil change! I didn't have much time, but managed a surprise visit in the express service lane. And the service was top notch. I think Dale was my service advisor and Kurt did the work. The advisor walked through the inspection and took a little extra time explaining a few things to me. The waiting room was comfortable and I loved having the room to spread out and catch up on work. Unfortunately or fortunately I didn't get much time, however, you had me out the door in less than an hour. The entire experience was great. I will never take my Honda anywhere else. THANKS TEAM!! The service was fast, honest, and reasonable priced. The personnel were friendly, and took the time to answer any questions I had without making me feel hurried. I had asked to have my left front tire checked since it also seemed to be a little low on pressure. Well, all four tires were checked and found to have no slow leaks. Unasked, nitrogen was added to all four tires even though they were only a little low. Also, the service lounge was clean & comfortable! More
I am little dismayed at the fact that on my previous visit (Oil Change) about 6 weeks ago, my brakes were squeeling then. Beau told me that the rear brakes were low, but that I could wait until next oil visit (Oil Change) about 6 weeks ago, my brakes were squeeling then. Beau told me that the rear brakes were low, but that I could wait until next oil change to get them done...this was obviously not enough time, as I am now just at 80% oil, and the rear rotors were scored from the worn brake pads. As a result, I had to replace the rotors as well. This increased the cost of my visit from $175 to $475. Of course, Beau is no longer with you, so I did not mention this as it would have sounded like 'sour grapes' on my part, and let's face it, I am the owner, and the one responsible for maintaining my car.
