I rated quality of work as "good" rather than great because I have no way of measuring quality of work until well after the fact. I had questions about the need to replace front and rear brake pads which were clearly answered by Angel in a follow up call I made this morning. I needed to understand the 0% readings of yesterday on my brake pads versus the 2.1-4mm reading I received this April under the old computer reporting system. I didn't have these figures with me yesterday but Chris Graves did an excellent job of explaining the information in the new report and my options at the time of service. Thank you for the liftime warranty on my new brake pad parts. My concern was that I was using the brakes too much or improperly causing too rapid wear but was assured today that this is not the case. Chapman Honda gives excellent service. It is also wonderful to see Carl Arrington, my old service coordinator, back at Chapman again. Carl Arrington was the main reasons for we purchased our 2007 Honda XL sedan from Chapman Motors. Thanks again for a job well done. More
I was told when I bought the car if I brought it back to the dealership for service I would get a free car wash. The service was fast, honest, and reasonable priced. The personnel were friendly, and took the time to answer any questions I had without making me feel hurried. I had asked to have my left front tire checked since it also seemed to be a little low on pressure. Well, all four tires were checked and found to have no slow leaks. Unasked, nitrogen was added to all four tires even though they were only a little low. Also, the service lounge was clean & comfortable! More

The service light came on about 2 weeks ago on the highway ... due for an oil change! I didn't have much time, but managed a surprise visit in the express service lane. And the service was top notch. I think Dale was my service advisor and Kurt did the work. The advisor walked through the inspection and took a little extra time explaining a few things to me. The waiting room was comfortable and I loved having the room to spread out and catch up on work. Unfortunately or fortunately I didn't get much time, however, you had me out the door in less than an hour. The entire experience was great. I will never take my Honda anywhere else. THANKS TEAM!! I am little dismayed at the fact that on my previous visit (Oil Change) about 6 weeks ago, my brakes were squeeling then. Beau told me that the rear brakes were low, but that I could wait until next oil visit (Oil Change) about 6 weeks ago, my brakes were squeeling then. Beau told me that the rear brakes were low, but that I could wait until next oil change to get them done...this was obviously not enough time, as I am now just at 80% oil, and the rear rotors were scored from the worn brake pads. As a result, I had to replace the rotors as well. This increased the cost of my visit from $175 to $475. Of course, Beau is no longer with you, so I did not mention this as it would have sounded like 'sour grapes' on my part, and let's face it, I am the owner, and the one responsible for maintaining my car. By the way I really like my 2009 Honda Pilot, it really fits my needs for a vehicle, with enough seats for 8 people when needed while also being versatile enough to carry cargo, including my 2 large dogs when need be. I was greeted right away, and the work was done quickly, the lounge was nice as well! I didn't feel pressured to buy anything or do any extra work at all. I called prior to arriving to see if there was a crowd for oil change. I was told that the service was not busy now and to come. when i arrived it felt busy. though the service took a shy hour, i was t for oil change.
