By the way I really like my 2009 Honda Pilot, it really fits my needs for a vehicle, with enough seats for 8 people when needed while also being versatile enough to carry cargo, including my 2 large dogs when need be. As expected it has been very reliable mechanically. It only has about 45,000 miles on it and believe it will keep going strong for many more miles to come. Thank you, Cathy Franklin More

I was greeted right away, and the work was done quickly, the lounge was nice as well! I didn't feel pressured to buy anything or do any extra work at all. I called prior to arriving to see if there was a crowd for oil change. I was told that the service was not busy now and to come. when i arrived it felt busy. though the service took a shy hour, i was t for oil change. Fast, friendly service is what we expect from Chapman Honda and they haven't disappointed us yet! We never feel pressured or "conned" into a service we don't need. I dealt ONLY with Tom Reesing and he was a very professional, courteous, and straightforward salesman. I am a young, first-time buyer. (I'll throw in gender too and say I'm a female.) Despite all these, he treated me with respect and didn't try to take advantage of me once I had shown I had done my research. I drove him a hard bargain on a 2010 Honda Civic EX and he was able to give me that deal. He made my car buying experience extremely pleasant and was very helpful to me. Even though I didn't end up getting the car from them (they were unable to trade another dealer for the car that I wanted), Tom was very professional and also super helpful. Most of all, I appreciated his honesty in all of our conversations. He was honest to me about pricing and made sure that I was not confused about the prices we settled on. For instance, after we first settled on a price, he made sure that I knew the final price did not include the charge for non-standard features that might have been added on by other dealers (since they needed to do a dealer trade for the car I wanted, Chapman Honda did not have the car i wanted in stock.) I really appreciated that, that he and I both knew there would be no surprises about the car price. Tom Reesing is a great and honest salesman! More

He did not stop with what he could find on his lot, he search all over the west coast trying to find me the car that I wanted and he did!
