I was promply greeted and was able to easily communicate the service I needed done to my car. The customer waiting area is very comfortable with coffee and hot cocoa and very clean. I always ask for Chris because he is great about working with me on my schedule. As a disabled Veteran, he works with me to find a date and time that works for me, and I greatly appreciate it. I have always enjoyed my service experience at your dealership. For a long time, my Service Advisor was Carl A. Carl always made me feel special and somehow always went beyond the normal courtesy of dealership. For a long time, my Service Advisor was Carl A. Carl always made me feel special and somehow always went beyond the normal courtesy of being helpful to me. Many times I was in a time crunch during my lunch and I was getting the oil changed, Carl did his best to accomodate me based on my needs. To me this is an important part of customer service. When Carl was on a leave of absence or he left the dealership temporarily, I really missed him. I asked about him but no one would tell me why he was not there anymore. Angel G. became my new advisor. I like Angel and he has been an attentive and professional person, but in my latest visit, I saw that Carl was back and I would like for him to be my service advisor again. Nothing personal about Angel, I simply feel more comfortable with Carl and to a degree a sense of customer loyalty. Please let me know when Carl is assigned to my profile again. The customer service I received was outstanding! I give 4 stars to Carl Arrington who was my Service Advisor. Mr. Arrington was very prompt when I arrived at the dealer ship for service. Carl checked my service history and answered all my questions with enthusiasm! I was also treated with professionalism and courtesy when I checked out. As always, Dale was very courteous to us, and equally caring about our car. He kept us informed about what was going on, and when there was a delay about fitting the new tires he arranged a car to take caring about our car. I rated quality of work as "good" rather than great because I have no way of measuring quality of work until well after the fact. I had questions about the need to replace front and rear brake pads wh because I have no way of measuring quality of work until well after the fact. I had questions about the need to replace front and rear brake pads which were clearly answered by Angel in a follow up call I made this morning. I needed to understand the 0% readings of yesterday on my brake pads versus the 2.1-4mm reading I received this April under the old computer reporting system. I didn't have these figures with me yesterday but Chris Graves did an excellent job of explaining the information in the new report and my options at the time of service. Thank you for the liftime warranty on my new brake pad parts. My concern was that I was using the brakes too much or improperly causing too rapid wear but was assured today that this is not the case. Chapman Honda gives excellent service. It is also wonderful to see Carl Arrington, my old service coordinator, back at Chapman again. Carl Arrington was the main reasons for we purchased our 2007 Honda XL sedan from Chapman Motors. Thanks again for a job well done. More
