Had a brake rotor change in February 2022. August 17 they tell me I need new rotors right away. Then I pointed out to them that I got these rotors 6 months ago and the service manager, Brandon August 17 they tell me I need new rotors right away. Then I pointed out to them that I got these rotors 6 months ago and the service manager, Brandon Sauber, tries to convince me that is the driving of the vehicle . I told him I have been driving this vehicle the same for the last 3 years and nothing has changed so how come the prior rotors last over 3 years, like most brake shops say it should, and these just 6 months? He smirked and asked me to answer it. What kind of service is that and I feel they never replaced the rotors and put my family in danger. More
They tried to sell me service I had paid for 7,500 miles before, either it wasn’t done or the second visit was a scam. Went to an independent shop for my next oil change and the air filter was filthy, Chapm before, either it wasn’t done or the second visit was a scam. An air filter doesn’t look like that after 7,500 miles of highway driving. Stay away from Chapman Honda. More
I have been shopping for months to find my grandson a used, reliable vehicle in good condition. A lovely person by the name of Margarita, was my first contact with this Dealership. She was so helpful and used, reliable vehicle in good condition. A lovely person by the name of Margarita, was my first contact with this Dealership. She was so helpful and kind, and got me an appointment with a delightful young man named TYLER FELLNER (Sales and Leasing Professional). We actually had an appointment to see a 2002 Acura MDX, as it was within my price-range. We got to the dealership much sooner than expected (almost 2 hours early). Yet, Tyler sacrificed his lunch time in order to show us the vehicle, take it for a test drive, and ultimately draw up all the sales paperwork. He was very polite, courteous, respectful and patient with us; concomitant with exemplary professionalism. He never complained about missing his lunch for us, and provided us with honest and direct answers to our (many) inquiries. He willingly went back to his manager three times at my request, to attempt to get me a better "out-the-door" price. I was disappointed that management did not go down to the price I had hoped for...but it certainly wasn't a reflection on Tyler, as he gave it his all! I am an older lady, who has been around the proverbial block, so to speak...and I am usually faced with sales people who assume that I will be easily taken advantage of...But Tyler demonstrated respect and integrity at every turn. I bought a car from Chapman about 6 months ago and everything was great until AFTER I purchased it. There was minor front end damage, that somehow I totally overlooked. Even the salesman after I bought it said, "Oh yeah...I saw that too when we firsts looked at it"...he never mentioned it until after the purchase. I was like, "Wait...you saw this and didn't bring it up BEFORE we bought it?" Then when I asked if if they could repair it, they said I would need an entire new front end bumper and they would not be able to pay for it. I felt had. Completely blew my entire experience. In fact, my gf just bought a brand new car...not from Chapman....we ended going to another dealership after that experience. Really bummed me out. It was obviously in a fender bender and nothing was ever said about it. There zero attempt to rectify and easy repairs. I even got a second opinion after their "angry at the world" service manager said there is nothing they could do for us unless we wanted to purchase a whole new front bumper. lol. Ok, Slim. Thank you for nothing. I really like the car....but because of that experience...every time I drive it, it's the experience I think about...and that bums me out. More
