Very friendly as did walk in on busy Monday afternoon and was told service could be done and was offered ride if I didn't want to wait. American Honda was able to work out a solution for me on a problem with a used car I bought from Chapman Honda a year ago. The vehicle had a transmission problem, that would have been evident to any deal a problem with a used car I bought from Chapman Honda a year ago. The vehicle had a transmission problem, that would have been evident to any dealer Used-car Mgr. upon taking the car in on trade. The car was too valuable to wholesale even though it had approx 65k miles. It was marketed as an "Internet Special", with an attractive price. So along came me, this senior(76 yr) who was eager to buy my 5th Honda, not at all concerned about the mileage because I drove two of them over twice that. Unfortunately, I had to much faith in those representing Honda. In my test drive, I mentioned to the sales rep a noise I heard that was different than my current '97. I mentioned this a couple of times when I was having service and was advised, I would need to leave the car a couple of hours to diagnose the problem. A year after purchasing the car, while having service, I convinced the service advisor to ride with me around the block. The noise had not changed from the day I bought the car and he said it definitely needed to be checked out. I then wrote American Honda, and they arranged for me to have the Service Mgr ride with me, and here we are. I failed to buy a Warranty, and we worked out 70-30 split on the cost of the replacement transmission. Iam greatful to Betty McDonald fom Am Honda, but feel that Chapman should have made it 50-50 split. I believe Chapman was equally responsible for my problem! More

I was greeted promptly at the service drive in area. Got an oil change and was out of there in half an hour. Can't ask for anything more. Thanks Chris. Internet Salesman Ralph made the whole purchasing experience easy and pressure free. I knew what we wanted and he went out of his way to make it happen. Very happy with this dealership. As usual Chapman exceeded my expectations. My wife and I have been using Chapman for our Oil Changes ever since we purchased her orginal Honda Accord and now our Honda Pilot from Chapman. I went in on Friday morning and was out of the office within an hour. Carl was very helpful and extremely nice. There is a reason why we keep going back to Chapman. Needed a key for our Ridgeline and a quote for repair of rear seat. We were given a detailed report on what we would require, although we thought it was pricey, (what the repair to the seats will be), we w rear seat. Excellent communication, courtesy, and friendly attitude, We would highly recommend this dealer over the competition in the Tucson area. I drove in and immediately your efficient staff were there asking what they could do for me. I told them I had arranged an appointment through Dale and within seconds Dale was there talking to me. As always, Dale was cheerful, very courteous and competent. When the servicing was finished he came to the waiting area to let me know what they had found and he took time to describe and advise what we should do at the next service. It is always a delight to work with Dale and he is a true professional. In my opinion, Chapman Honda is fortunate to have the services of someone of his calibre. More
