Jerry took me to work, assuring me the carpet/fastening device for the drivers' floor mat would be fixed. I received a call BEFORE I was scheduled to pick it up, saying it was ready. I walked into Chapman Honda already assured I would get a great price because I used USAA's car buying program. I came in on a Friday night, and drove away with a new car Saturday afternoon. The add-ons that were included were fairly priced and I was never pressured to buy or include a service or warranty that I didn't want or need. The dealers and salesmen I worked with made sure that I got what I needed exactly the way I wanted. The window tinting they provide is very high quality and reasonably priced. The dealer-provided alarm system does not have a seperate siren and uses the cars horn to provide simple, no-frills guaranteed peace of mind. The rest of the add-ons are mostly Honda brand items which include floor mats, bed liners, and splash guards which Chapman includes with a protection package which is a great deal compared to purchasing everything seperate. The 60000 mile service was done in a very timely manner and everyone was very friendly. Two weeks after the service, I popped the hood to show a friend, and the two acorn nuts securing the plastic motor c and everyone was very friendly. Excellent service. Staff seriously tries to help answer customer questions about their vehicle, even if they are not the "regular" service advisor. One small suggestion: increase the volume of the speaker customer questions about their vehicle, even if they are not the "regular" service advisor. Very friendly as did walk in on busy Monday afternoon and was told service could be done and was offered ride if I didn't want to wait. American Honda was able to work out a solution for me on a problem with a used car I bought from Chapman Honda a year ago. The vehicle had a transmission problem, that would have been evident to any deal a problem with a used car I bought from Chapman Honda a year ago. The vehicle had a transmission problem, that would have been evident to any dealer Used-car Mgr. upon taking the car in on trade. The car was too valuable to wholesale even though it had approx 65k miles. It was marketed as an "Internet Special", with an attractive price. So along came me, this senior(76 yr) who was eager to buy my 5th Honda, not at all concerned about the mileage because I drove two of them over twice that. Unfortunately, I had to much faith in those representing Honda. In my test drive, I mentioned to the sales rep a noise I heard that was different than my current '97. I mentioned this a couple of times when I was having service and was advised, I would need to leave the car a couple of hours to diagnose the problem. A year after purchasing the car, while having service, I convinced the service advisor to ride with me around the block. The noise had not changed from the day I bought the car and he said it definitely needed to be checked out. I then wrote American Honda, and they arranged for me to have the Service Mgr ride with me, and here we are. I failed to buy a Warranty, and we worked out 70-30 split on the cost of the replacement transmission. Iam greatful to Betty McDonald fom Am Honda, but feel that Chapman should have made it 50-50 split. I believe Chapman was equally responsible for my problem! More

I was greeted promptly at the service drive in area. Got an oil change and was out of there in half an hour. Can't ask for anything more. Thanks Chris. Internet Salesman Ralph made the whole purchasing experience easy and pressure free. I knew what we wanted and he went out of his way to make it happen. Very happy with this dealership.
