I took my car into service for its' Lube, Oil & Filter checkup. I asked for a ride home and Dave the man who took me home was very nice and polite. He gave me his card and told me that when my car was ready - I should call him directly and he would pick me up. I received a call from Angel Gameros, my Service person, who said there were a couple of issues and asked if I wanted the work to be done. He was very nice and polite and gave me options including prices of the items. At no time did I feel pressured into having the work done. I opted to have the work done and Angel told me he would call when the car would be finished. He called me - transferred me to Dave who told me that he would pick me up and call when he was out side the house. He did and we went to Chapman. When I got there - Angel had all the paperwork ready and I paid for the service and was out the door in probably less than 10 minutes. I find Chapman Honda and all their personnel to be very professional and would highly recommend anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle to stop by and speak to the people at Chapman Honda. And no - I do not work for the company! More

Service was available when I needed it, and it was hassle-free. The estimate of how long it would take and what it would cost was accurate (and fair), the people were friendly, and I appreciated the c hassle-free. I am always pleased with the friendliness and service at Chapman Honda. As far as the price for the rear brake pads I rated it good, not great, because I did not do comparison shopping so I did not have a Chapman Honda. The maintenance required light came on. I was able to arrange a time that fit my schedule to take my car. Carl, my service advisor, listened to my concerns about another maintenance issue. Carl called to advise me the car had been taken out to try and replicate the problem I was having, described what had been done, what else had been discovered that needed repair and a plan for getting it all done the same day. I appreciate the effort to find the issue and am comfortable that the needed repairs were done. And, on top of it all, my car was washed and ready to go when he said it would be. Great service! More
Brought both my 2003 Pilot and my 2003 Accord in for regular servicing this week. Good experiences both times, though I thought the repair on my Accord -- replace broken front motor mount -- was a bit regular servicing this week. Good experiences both times, though I thought the repair on my Accord -- replace broken front motor mount -- was a bit expensive for parts and labor. I've had to do this repair several times now. Perhaps Honda needs to look at this problem and redesign the mount. More
Didn't have to wait when I brought my Honda in for a warranty repair, and everyone was very accommodating. Chapman has one of the best customer waiting areas in town!
