The maintenance required light came on. I was able to arrange a time that fit my schedule to take my car. Carl, my service advisor, listened to my concerns about another maintenance issue. Carl called to advise me the car had been taken out to try and replicate the problem I was having, described what had been done, what else had been discovered that needed repair and a plan for getting it all done the same day. I appreciate the effort to find the issue and am comfortable that the needed repairs were done. And, on top of it all, my car was washed and ready to go when he said it would be. Great service! More
Brought both my 2003 Pilot and my 2003 Accord in for regular servicing this week. Good experiences both times, though I thought the repair on my Accord -- replace broken front motor mount -- was a bit regular servicing this week. Perhaps Honda needs to look at this problem and redesign the mount. More

Some background, my van wouldn't start at 3PM the day before we were to travel to NY. Angel insured that we had the it fully functional and ready to roll the next day in plenty of time to drive the 200 Miles to the airport. I love Chapman Honda. Besides providing sterling service EVERY time for the past 5yrs+, their waiting room provides wireless internet, complimentary coffee from a very fancy coffee machine from lattes to ju EVERY time for the past 5yrs+, their waiting room provides wireless internet, complimentary coffee from a very fancy coffee machine from lattes to just coffee, complimentary popcorn, complimentary bottled water, comfortable chairs and many flat screen televisions. I often wait for my car, even when it is a major tune-up, because the waiting room is so pleasant and I do some of my best work there. I have even written about this in my personal media. So, it is a real win. I have never had one complaint about the service and Angel Gameros is exceptional, always pleasant, professional and gives me a discount whenever he can. Much appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone. More
