Your dealership is a good distance from my home. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work performed by your mechanics and technicians. Of course, my main contact is with your service representative Dale Schultzman. I find him friendly, knowledgeable and able to explain in understandable, non-technical terms the work that needs to be done. He has warned me about items that may need repair in the future, saying we continue to monitor them and repair them when it become necessary. I feel very good about your service department and that I can trust you to take good care of my Honda. More

I took my car into service for its' Lube, Oil & Filter checkup. I asked for a ride home and Dave the man who took me home was very nice and polite. I received a call from Angel Gameros, my Service person, who said there were a couple of issues and asked if I wanted the work to be done. He was very nice and polite and gave me options including prices of the items. At no time did I feel pressured into having the work done. I opted to have the work done and Angel told me he would call when the car would be finished. He called me - transferred me to Dave who told me that he would pick me up and call when he was out side the house. He did and we went to Chapman. When I got there - Angel had all the paperwork ready and I paid for the service and was out the door in probably less than 10 minutes. I find Chapman Honda and all their personnel to be very professional and would highly recommend anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle to stop by and speak to the people at Chapman Honda. And no - I do not work for the company! More
