Another great service visit to Chapman Honda. Showed up "unannounced" at lunch time with a check engine light on my wife's 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid. Angel, once again, did a super job taking care of me as "unannounced" at lunch time with a check engine light on my wife's 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid. Angel, once again, did a super job taking care of me as he took me right in, processed the carand offered a ride back to the office--which I didn't need. Turns out the car needed a new battery - which had fours years left on the warranty. Bottom-line...battery replaced under partial warranty...the minimum time spent in service allowed me to scout out the new Honda Crossover (many thanks to Brian in sales for his assistance!) More
The problem was diagnosed quickly, and estimate of repair presented to me in a timely manner in the comfort of the Customer Lounge. Since the problem occurred at the same time as I had just washed the engine and engine compartment, I was concerned that the failure of the alternator was caused by my washing. BROUGHT MY 2011 ODYESSY IN FOR A PRE-CROSS COUNTRY VACATION. BECAUSE OF MY PAST DEALING WITH ANGEL, I WAS CONFIDENT THAT ALL THE SERVICE REQUIRED FOR THE TRIP WOULD BE COMPLETED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANN VACATION. The service department was extremely busy. All the service advisors were on the driveway consulting with customers, doing vehicle checks and paperwork. Carl took great care my 07 Civic when I dropped it off for scheduled maintenance and a check up as the extended warranty is about to expire. He was able to bundle some of work to give me the best possibl for scheduled maintenance and a check up as the extended warranty is about to expire. Everything went smoothly as far as the day I brought the vehicle for servicing. The waiting room was nice and comfortable. The Advisor came returned with the papers of the service, and gave me a short explaination how well the vehicle is doing, and handed me the keys. No defects or problems came up with the vehicle. I was glad about that. The only thing that could have disappointed me was the car wash. They could have done a better job on it. Overall the total experience was good. More
