Went in because I got a notice saying they could help me get a car. Eric showed me a truck that I liked and we did the paperwork. He said it would go through fine and that they would call me in a wk or two to come in and pick up my paperwork. Never got a call...my temp. plate expired and I got a $300.00 ticket because of it. I went in and they wanted to see more pay stubs...even though I had already given them to them. They said because I didn't work a full 40 hrs on the two weeks (we were renovating at work and were closed for a few days) that I needed a co-signer. Took my mom in and she gave them all her paperwork. Once again Eric said they would let me know when I could come in and get my paperwork. Didn't hear anything from them again...now they called and want their truck back.until they can "sort a few things out" why the xxxx didn't they 'sort them out' before now. I have had the truck 3 months and always have to call them...they never call me even when they need something....I wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle here if it was the last dealership on earth. More

Over the past 2 months, we've leased a Honda Accord and a Honda Civic from Chapman. The Accord had a few minor technical problems right out of the gate but we were fortunate to get Carl Arrington as o and a Honda Civic from Chapman. We bought our first Honda Accord in 2001at this dealership then known as Beaudy. It was then in August of 2001 that we first met Mr. Arrington. We purchased another Honda product (CR-V) in 2008 f dealership then known as Beaudy. It was then in August of 2001 that we first met Mr. Arrington. We purchased another Honda product (CR-V) in 2008 from Chapman and Mr. Arrington was again our service rep. From 2001 through today, Oct. 2013 he continues to be my Honda service rep. I think he truly understands the term "customer service" and has always looked to our needs in a friendly and professional manner. He has a caring attitude, not only with regard to our vehicles, but with our family. He asks how our grandchildren are doing in school or where are we off to on our next trip. It is our pleasure to be able to have a service rep at Chapman Honda who understands his customers and provides real customer satisfaction. I got a very warm greeting from Carl when I arrived at the dealership, he promptly took care of the paper work and got my car headed for repair. Carl also kept me informed how my car was doing in getting the dealership, he promptly took care of the paper work and got my car headed for repair. When my CR-V was ready to go home and I saw the bill I thought it was a little high , but when Carl showed me the brake down, I saw that it was inline with what I thought was fair. Rick Griffin is by far one of the best salesman I ever had the pleasure of working with. He has worked with me for about a month helping me find the Odyssey that would work for us.
