I had intended to install it myself until I learned the small section that I damages was only a small part of the bigger replacement splash guard. I was delighted that Rene was able to have the service center do the job for me that same day for only $70 additional out of pocket. Job done. No fuss, No worry. THAT ROCKS....Thanks. More

With the sole exception of an unsatisfactorily co I've been a satisfied Chapman (previously Beaudry) Honda customer since we moved to Tucson in 1993. With the sole exception of an unsatisfactorily completed pack rat damage repair last Friday, the service department has been superbly flawless. They had more pack rat damage to repair this past Tuesday and redeemed themselves with the kind of thorough and complete job I had always previously received. Their professional advice and service can't be beat! I recommend them highly. More

Bait and Switch I can't tell you how much I dislike this dealership. When I bought my last Honda, I went to Chapman, got the "best Honda deal for COSTCO customers", I can't tell you how much I dislike this dealership. When I bought my last Honda, I went to Chapman, got the "best Honda deal for COSTCO customers", and then said what color car I wanted. Oh, we have a beautiful gold one on the lot. But I don't want a gold one! Well, it will cost you $300 to get the color you want, and it will come from Phoenix. Sorry, I said...but I will drive to Phoenix and buy it from the dealership that has what I want. Just a minute...I will talk to the manager. We will have your car on the 31st. They called to tell me my car was in, and I went to Chapman. Right color, but wrong car model! They said they were sorry, but why not take the gold one on the lot? I drove directly to AutoNation and bought from them! When there was a recall, I called Chapman (near work). They made an appt. When I got there, I gave them my name, and they asked what service I had come for. Seemed odd, since I had made an appointment! Then they told me that they needed to order the repair part and I would have to come back in. I asked why they hadn't ordered the part and had it to do the repair under the recall. SILENCE. I am now ready to buy my next Honda, so I went in to look at the cars and test drive them. The salesman never asked for my name and phone number (but he did give me a card with his). If you want impersonal service, poor service, and dishonesty, I can suggest the dealer for you! More

It begins with Service Advisor Angel Gameros whom I have dealt with for many years. As always, I received excellent advice from Angel. Gary Cooper, the mechanic provided clear and concise information about repairs that were necessary and what wasn't necessary at the present time. When the service and repairs were completed, I felt I had received an honest evaluation of what repairs were needed and I was confident the repairs performed were necessary for the proper operation of my Honda. Great Service I went in for scheduled service on my vehicle. I found Rene to be extremely helpful - he told me how long it would take and based on that estimate I I went in for scheduled service on my vehicle. I found Rene to be extremely helpful - he told me how long it would take and based on that estimate I didn't need their shuttle service to get to work on time. Instead I was out the door in less time then the estimate (unheard of) and arrived at work on time. I will take my vehicle there for all service no matter how big or small - it was painless. I never have been excited about cars in the past - it gets me there and back and that's all I wanted. BUT now - I really love my CRV and put that together with great service and it's all Win-Win. I could not be happier. More

Sales Manager Akram Dawass is a Bully. He becomes aggressive and can argue with you for hours then wants to hug you. He also makes promises he will not keep and ignores your calls and emails. General Manager, Neb Yonas will not return your calls or emails. More
