No matter w Since 2002 I have been buying Hondas at Chapman formerly Beaudry. The main reason I buy the Honda vehicles is because of Carl Arrington. No matter what the problem he takes care of it promptly and professionally. I can buy any type of car I want but I buy the Honda product because they are a good car but there are other good cars also. The difference between other cars and Hondas is because of Carl. Several times I have been gone and minor things have come up and I tell my wife and daughter to go to Chapman and only talk to Carl and he will take excellent care of us. This has been the case for many years. Between myself and family we have bought at least seven cars there since 2002. We may be buying several more soon. More
bad service management I took my car to get it fixed. They wanted to over charge me and refused to submit my extended warranty.. THEY REFUSED TO admitt they messed up my car I took my car to get it fixed. They wanted to over charge me and refused to submit my extended warranty.. THEY REFUSED TO admitt they messed up my car when they did the oil change" ln their other shop. They ended up sending my car out. Cause they are incapable of fixing anything. Either change the manages or further legal action will be processed. More

This was not the typical experience that I have had so many times in the past and with other dealers here in Tucson. There was no nonsense. The dealer did not waste my time. My sales representative provided the bottom line pricing quickly and followed up with an e-mail. When I requested technical information on certain vehicles before making my decision, I got it quickly and professionally which really helped me with my final decision. If you look around this dealership, you see employees who like working for Chapman Honda of Tucson. There is a certain spirit I picked up on with everyone I met. Everything relating to the purchase went smooth with no surprises at the end in finance. I love the vehicle I purchased and bought it for the best price I could find. I traded in an older Lexus and this dealer gave me a fair price as well. I highly recommend anyone who is interested at all in a Honda to come to Chapman Honda dealership before purchasing. More

Great Place To Purchase A Car! I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot SE from Chapman Honda Tucson and I can say that I am very satisfied customer. Tom Reesing is very knowledga I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot SE from Chapman Honda Tucson and I can say that I am very satisfied customer. Tom Reesing is very knowledgable of the products he sales and taught my wife and I about several Honda vehicles. Also, at no time did Tom practiced aggressive sales tactics or did we felt pressured on buying. In the contrary he made us feel at home and assisted us very well and even went out of his way to show us several vehicles to look at. At this point we felt educated, good and confident about our next purchase. This is the reason we were able to choose the right vehicle for my family's needs. I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but Tom helped to redefine the stereotype. My wife and I highly appreciate Charlie Amarillas and Tom Reesing for their great customer service. All Honda Dealers are NOT the same! I travel for work and my car purchases along with routine maintenance - I have had experiences at Bell, Dodds, Lawley and Chapman. From the environment you are waiting in to how you personally are taken care of. My dealer of choice is Chapman hands down! I have gotten to the point I will drive from Phoenix or Sierra Vista into Tucson to go to Chapman. Carl Arrington in the service department is my "go to guy". Be careful I purchased a new 2014 Honda Civic in Oct. In Nov, I decided the rear seats needed cup holders. I went into the dealership. The service dept told m I purchased a new 2014 Honda Civic in Oct. In Nov, I decided the rear seats needed cup holders. I went into the dealership. The service dept told me I had to prepay to order them. They consulted with the parts dept and told me the cup holders were $46 each. And I would need one on each side. So I paid for them. The service dept said I needed to come back the next day to get the cup holders installed. The service tech said he would need to charge me to install them. That evening, I went online. It looked like Honda rear cup holders were sold in pairs....and not individually. I also researched "installation" and it looked like the holders just sit inside existing spaces in the sides of the doors. Next day, I called to see if my parts had arrived. I went to the parts dept to see the boxes and the parts. The parts tech offered to open one of my boxes so I could see the cup holders. Sure enough, one box had two cup holders in it. I had to go to another register to get the unnecessary second box refunded. I went to the parking lot and "installed" my cup holders myself. I can't shake the feeling that the service department tried to take advantage of me. Tried to double charge me for the parts and then on top of that were planning to charge me to "install" the cup holders. So now I worry about the time when my car will need service. How do I trust these guys? I guess I can't... More
