After having done lots of research, we knew the out -of-town dealer had made us a great deal, but We had a great offer from a dealer in another city. Our salesman, Peter Nannery, did a great job negotiating a very competitive deal and more importantly, showed us the value we were getting with our new Honda Odyssey. He spent the right amount of time with us and never pushed. We left very satisfied with our new car! More

He even took the time to take both my husband and I on separate test drives since we had our children with us. He was very personable and really related to the financial situation our family was in and helped us get the best deal possible. Then six months later I gathered my courage and shopped a little via the internet. Selina at Chapman contacted me and was so nice, so anxious to help and gently persistent that I met Rose, the internet sales rep and did a test drive in a new Accord. Rose went FAR out of her way to guide me, inform me, and help me get into my new car. I'm delighted the process was not high pressure and reassuring all the way though from her offering me a very competitive price to her detailed tutorial on how to set up the electronics on my new car I will drive from Oro Valley to Chapman on 22nd because everyone there was anxious to help me and to reassure me. A really good experience all the way around I highly recommend them! More

Seems to take two visits to fix each problem We have needed to have several problems with our 2011 Honda Odyssey (extended warranty) repaired in the last six months. One was an annoying intermitt We have needed to have several problems with our 2011 Honda Odyssey (extended warranty) repaired in the last six months. One was an annoying intermittent whine from the left side passenger door. Despite multiple visits and days without the car, they couldn't find the source. Finally, after a long trip it began happening again, half a dozen times on the freeway. This time, they ordered a new latch mechanism, installed it and the whine was over. Again, a couple days. Then the air conditioner began blowing hot and cold air repeatedly. They replaced the coolant, and a couple days later it began again. This time, took it in on a Friday before noon and didn't get it back until late Tuesday. This time they deduced the clutch on the air conditioner compressor was faulty. In both situations, they had to order parts and wait for them. Car seems to be working fine now. More

Service I bought a new CRV in February 2015 and it was time for it's first oil change. Chris Graves, whom has been my Point of Contact in the Service Departme I bought a new CRV in February 2015 and it was time for it's first oil change. Chris Graves, whom has been my Point of Contact in the Service Department for years, once again took excellent care of both my CRV and me! He made sure the oil was changed, tires rotated and it was washed! He got all this done while I waited, in minimum time. Chris always ensures the maintenance is done properly the first time. Recently, I left a message for him while out of town because my tire light had come on and I was confused about the tire pressure and the new nitrogen system. Chris returned my call within minutes, told me the correct tire pressure and explained how the new nitrogen tires worked and how to reset the tire light. As it turned out the tire light just needed to be reset! Just by having Chris go over it with me on the phone made it a lot less stressful as I was in a very small town here in AZ. That's Chris, always going the extra mile! More
