A+ Service and Repairs Although he wasn't my service advisor, his helping me at my asking, was A+, the employee of whom I am talking about is Jason Cowdry, he deserves to be Although he wasn't my service advisor, his helping me at my asking, was A+, the employee of whom I am talking about is Jason Cowdry, he deserves to be employee of the month. What all he could do, he did beyond well. He's a grand asset to and for this company, don't let him go, if it can be helped. I was mad when I got there on Monday morning ( 12-7-2015 ) after work cause my car kept going back and forth to H (HOT), and although I wasn't planning on my car being there at the shop all day Monday, that was what it took in order to get the problem fixed, and therefore, when I noticed Jason, he immediately asked what was going on with the car, cause I was there a day or two earlier, and they had replaced a cap that needed replaced, Jason and I got to talking while he was working, naturally, and while I was mad that my car was doing what it was doing, he talked to me and gradually calmed me down and from there, I put my car headache(s) in his hands, and I am grateful that I did. The other day when I was there and a new cap was put on, I noticed Jason helping out another customer, and while watching him help her, I was then and am still pleased with his customer service ethics, they were genuine and grand, his work was seen through him. He was very patient, s Today I went to Chapman Honda in Tucson. I had an appointment for the recall on my airbag. My service adviser was Jason Cowdry. He was very patient, showed me where the customer lounge was and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The new dealership customer area is so much more relaxing than the old one. The whole service area is very nice. Jason came to get me when my car was done. He escorted me outside and made sure I was satisfied with everything. I will definitely ask for Jason for all my future service work. More

I was shocked at how easy and quick everything was handled. First, Scott was amazing. He communicated frequently to let me know what the issues were and what would be handled by warranty. He also took care of some issues I didn't even know I had with the vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed by his ability to manage my time there with ease. Nice job Scott! The car is in great shape and we will be using them in the future! I can't stress enough that this was an awesome experience (how often can you say that about going to the dealer?) and I would highly recommend heading to Chapman Honda! More

I was contacted by Jacob at Chapman and he was wonderful from beginning to the end of my sale to the next day he was there to help me every step of the way. Everyone at Chapman treated my daughter and I wonderfully. There was no pressure and they understood my needs and circumstances. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Chapman. Outstanding experience in buying my CR-V Touring Outstanding in every way!! I purchased my car by working with my internet sales rep, Jacob Goswick. We spent several days going back and forth about o Outstanding in every way!! I purchased my car by working with my internet sales rep, Jacob Goswick. We spent several days going back and forth about options, pricing, trade-in, etc. Jacob was great ... with fast, helpful and accurate responses. When I went to pick up my new Honda CR-V touring edition things couldn't have gone better. I had a 50 point check list ... I'm very detail oriented. My list was probably not as long as the list that Chapman had already put my car through. Jacob took my through all the items on my list, we went on a test ride on which he detailed even more about the car. Everyone was so helpful. After we had finished all the items on my check list and finished all the paperwork (including paying for the car). Justin came out to the car with me to ensure I had no further questions. He helped me customize many of the features on my car ... they already had my money, yet Jacob wanted to be sure that i was TOTALLY satisfied with everything ... I was!!! I will be a repeat customer of Chapman Honda. Thanks to everyone that helped me in this process!! More
