I was shocked at how easy and quick everything was handled. First, Scott was amazing. He communicated frequently to let me know what the issues were and what would be handled by warranty. He also took care of some issues I didn't even know I had with the vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed by his ability to manage my time there with ease. Nice job Scott! The car is in great shape and we will be using them in the future! I can't stress enough that this was an awesome experience (how often can you say that about going to the dealer?) and I would highly recommend heading to Chapman Honda! More

We spent several days going back and forth about options, pricing, trade-in, etc. Jacob was great ... with fast, helpful and accurate responses. When I went to pick up my new Honda CR-V touring edition things couldn't have gone better. I had a 50 point check list ... I'm very detail oriented. My list was probably not as long as the list that Chapman had already put my car through. Jacob took my through all the items on my list, we went on a test ride on which he detailed even more about the car. Everyone was so helpful. After we had finished all the items on my check list and finished all the paperwork (including paying for the car). Justin came out to the car with me to ensure I had no further questions. He helped me customize many of the features on my car ... they already had my money, yet Jacob wanted to be sure that i was TOTALLY satisfied with everything ... I was!!! I will be a repeat customer of Chapman Honda. Thanks to everyone that helped me in this process!! More

Great experience at Chapman with Rose I needed a new car but was reluctant to expose myself to the pressure and lengthy process it takes to go through the evaluation and purchase of one--s I needed a new car but was reluctant to expose myself to the pressure and lengthy process it takes to go through the evaluation and purchase of one--so I didn't! Then six months later I gathered my courage and shopped a little via the internet. Selina at Chapman contacted me and was so nice, so anxious to help and gently persistent that I met Rose, the internet sales rep and did a test drive in a new Accord. Rose went FAR out of her way to guide me, inform me, and help me get into my new car. I'm delighted the process was not high pressure and reassuring all the way though from her offering me a very competitive price to her detailed tutorial on how to set up the electronics on my new car I will drive from Oro Valley to Chapman on 22nd because everyone there was anxious to help me and to reassure me. A really good experience all the way around I highly recommend them! More
