Great experience for first time buyer! I recently walked in to chapman Honda to see what I would even be able to get approved for. Thinking I would be told my credit score was too low. I did not expect anything out of the visit except to be let down and denied. As soon as I walked in I was introduced to "Frenchy." He was so cool and friendly! He said "lets run your app and see what happens!" I ended up getting approved for a loan and bought my first car! Over all it was a great experience for me. He never made me feel pressured and same thing with two of the financial guys. I would just like to thank them for everything they did for me! I definitely will recommend chapman Honda! Thanks again guys! ?? More

Tire Replacement I purchased a 2014 Audi A5 in November of 2015. After about a month of driving the car the rear driver side tire was having an issue with a leak due I purchased a 2014 Audi A5 in November of 2015. After about a month of driving the car the rear driver side tire was having an issue with a leak due to a puncture. Upon going to get this issue fixed it was noticed that the other tires on the car looked to have been driven under inflated and were damaged to the point that it was recommended I purchase new tires. I had inflated the tires to the proper PSI upon getting the car so I know the damage to the tires wasn't caused by me in the span of a month to the point I would need to invest up to $1000 on tires for a car I've only had a month. This had to have been done by the previous owner and the car was sold with damaged tires. To make a long story short, Carl Arrington was able to work with his management as well as the Audi service management to get three of the damaged tires replaced as well as repairing the tire with the leak issue. Prior to having this issue resolved I was planning on returning the car due to my frustration with having to deal with an issue I thought I shouldn't be dealing with on a car I'd only had 1 month. Many thanks to Carl for hearing me out and getting the right people involved to assist me with this issue. This is a great example of customer service and understanding that I will remember for a long time. More

What all he could do, he did beyond well. He's a grand asset to and for this company, don't let him go, if it can be helped. I was mad when I got there on Monday morning ( 12-7-2015 ) after work cause my car kept going back and forth to H (HOT), and although I wasn't planning on my car being there at the shop all day Monday, that was what it took in order to get the problem fixed, and therefore, when I noticed Jason, he immediately asked what was going on with the car, cause I was there a day or two earlier, and they had replaced a cap that needed replaced, Jason and I got to talking while he was working, naturally, and while I was mad that my car was doing what it was doing, he talked to me and gradually calmed me down and from there, I put my car headache(s) in his hands, and I am grateful that I did. The other day when I was there and a new cap was put on, I noticed Jason helping out another customer, and while watching him help her, I was then and am still pleased with his customer service ethics, they were genuine and grand, his work was seen through him. He was very patient, showed me where the customer lounge was and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The new dealership customer area is so much more relaxing than the old one. The whole service area is very nice. Jason came to get me when my car was done. He escorted me outside and made sure I was satisfied with everything. I will definitely ask for Jason for all my future service work. More
