I got exactly what I wanted, on my terms. I have purchased many new/used cars over the years. It's always a frustrating experience that takes all day. I get really tired of the salespeople and I have purchased many new/used cars over the years. It's always a frustrating experience that takes all day. I get really tired of the salespeople and dealerships that are constantly upselling. It's insulting to me... as though I don't know what I want. I really liked working with Slimann. He asked me the basics of what I was looking for, then showed me exactly what I asked for. Nothing more. He was very knowledgeable about the features in each model and everything available in their inventory. He was more concerned with earning my business instead of just selling a car. My kids appreciated the complimentary hot chocolate, popcorn, and big screen TV. I appreciated it because my kids were occupied while I shopped. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted on my terms. I highly recommend Chapman Honda, but my highest recommendation is to talk to Slimann. I will buy another car from him when the time comes. More
$70 to replace an air filter? They were trying to get me to pay $70 to replace a single cabin air filter. This is considered highway robbery in my eyes. An air filter cost no more than $20 and it takes nothing to replace. I do not recommend going to Chapman based on this sad attempt to rip off people that don't know any better. More

I did not expect anything out of the visit except to be let down and denied. As soon as I walked in I was introduced to "Frenchy." He was so cool and friendly! He said "lets run your app and see what happens!" I ended up getting approved for a loan and bought my first car! Over all it was a great experience for me. He never made me feel pressured and same thing with two of the financial guys. I would just like to thank them for everything they did for me! I definitely will recommend chapman Honda! Thanks again guys! ?? More

Tire Replacement I purchased a 2014 Audi A5 in November of 2015. After about a month of driving the car the rear driver side tire was having an issue with a leak due I purchased a 2014 Audi A5 in November of 2015. After about a month of driving the car the rear driver side tire was having an issue with a leak due to a puncture. Upon going to get this issue fixed it was noticed that the other tires on the car looked to have been driven under inflated and were damaged to the point that it was recommended I purchase new tires. I had inflated the tires to the proper PSI upon getting the car so I know the damage to the tires wasn't caused by me in the span of a month to the point I would need to invest up to $1000 on tires for a car I've only had a month. This had to have been done by the previous owner and the car was sold with damaged tires. To make a long story short, Carl Arrington was able to work with his management as well as the Audi service management to get three of the damaged tires replaced as well as repairing the tire with the leak issue. Prior to having this issue resolved I was planning on returning the car due to my frustration with having to deal with an issue I thought I shouldn't be dealing with on a car I'd only had 1 month. Many thanks to Carl for hearing me out and getting the right people involved to assist me with this issue. This is a great example of customer service and understanding that I will remember for a long time. More
