Always great service! I have an old Honda Element which was brought in twice for immediate repairs in the past two years. Even without appointments, my vehicle was taken in for repairs and without hesitation. In the past several years I have ALWAYS had excellent service, courteous assistance and have been provided a loaner car while repairs were being completed. Rene has been fabulous, always remembers me with a smile. He explains necessary repairs and he has been great about scheduling maintenance appointments. I trust him and appreciate his professionalism. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. I don't live in Tucson, but Chapman Honda is worth the drive. I will probably purchase my next vehicle from the dealership. More
