Grateful Appreciation On October 11, 2016, I drove into Chapman Honda in my 2015 SUV Honda. I had an appointment for 1:00pm. I made this appointment with Dale Schulzkump On October 11, 2016, I drove into Chapman Honda in my 2015 SUV Honda. I had an appointment for 1:00pm. I made this appointment with Dale Schulzkump several weeks earlier in response to a recall letter that I had received from Honda. Danny Bonham greeted me. I asked about Dale. Danny said that Dale was on leave this week. Danny directed me to the Customer Lounge. When I made the appointment with Dale he said that the work would take about 90 minutes. I was prepared with a "book." About an hour later, Danny said that my car was finished. Danny in addition to the recall work checked the tires. Danny was courteous and professional! Ashur "Ash" Davoudikia was the individual that guided us through our first purchase and was also instrumental, along with Adam Lind, in the process of purchasing a Certified 2016 CR-V, EX-L. We now own a perfect combination of a beautiful sedan and a CRV. We're extremely pleased with the way we were treated in through both purchases. The Accord and CRV allows us to satisfy all our vehicle requirements with style and efficiency. I have not used the service dept. yet but I'm sure from all those I've met that Chapman takes care of their customers. I have been buying new cars since 1954, and Chapman the only dealership other than the one in 1954, that have ever gone back to. Adam Lind is AWESOME! Great Experience!! I went with my mother to the Labor Day Silent Sale. It was great to be able to browse all of the vehicles by ourselves. We found a great car, and when we came in the next day to finalize my mom's purchase, we were met by Chapman Honda Salesperson, Alberto Gil. He was friendly, courteous and not only did a great job handling my mother's purchase. He also found a great car for my husband and me. Our Finance Manager, Sarah Finn did a great job processing all of the paperwork for our TWO vehicles. She was friendly, thorough and explained everything to our satisfaction. The atmosphere at the dealership was fantastic. It was as if the staff actually liked each other, as well as their jobs. :-o Thank you Alberto, Sarah, and Chapman Automotive for making an often difficult process such a pleasure! More

Lousy Car I have had 2 batteries replaced within 13 months and need a jump everytime.My bluetooth has not worked in 10months as it keeps connecting,disconnectin I have had 2 batteries replaced within 13 months and need a jump everytime.My bluetooth has not worked in 10months as it keeps connecting,disconnecting and then connecting during a phone call which is dropped. I got the car NEW and have had it only 15months. and am frustrated for having to go thru these problems and not getting them fixed by the Dealer. More
