We had made an appointment with the Internet MGR, Ashur Davoudikia and had expressed our desires in a Honda CRV. Mr. Davoudikia explained the differences between the four types of CR_Vs, the options and prices for the options for each. Mr. Davoudikia has excellent knowledge on Honda vehicles, very courteous, patient and is not pushy. Next time we are in the market for a vehicle Chapman Honda is our no. 1 choice. He takes care of all the little requests, If the service tech find any problems of my car during is in service, he calls and give me advices what is necessary to be done of the problems including the price quotes. Grateful Appreciation On October 11, 2016, I drove into Chapman Honda in my 2015 SUV Honda. I had an appointment for 1:00pm. I made this appointment with Dale Schulzkump On October 11, 2016, I drove into Chapman Honda in my 2015 SUV Honda. I had an appointment for 1:00pm. I made this appointment with Dale Schulzkump several weeks earlier in response to a recall letter that I had received from Honda. Danny Bonham greeted me. I asked about Dale. Danny said that Dale was on leave this week. Danny directed me to the Customer Lounge. When I made the appointment with Dale he said that the work would take about 90 minutes. I was prepared with a "book." About an hour later, Danny said that my car was finished. Danny in addition to the recall work checked the tires. Danny was courteous and professional!
