I found a great deal on truecar.com and Amy Allen (internet sales consultant) contacted me to schedule an appointment to come in to the dealership. I had already been shopping around a bunch so I new what the deals were from other Honda dealers as well as best loan rates. They matched the lowest of every deal and gave me more for my trade in so they could earn my business. Most stress free negotiation ever! Then I had to bring my kids to sign the paperwork and Adam Kugelman the finance guy brought the papers to me in the kid zone so I didn't have to leave my kids. Excellent service all around! I hope it continues with the service department. More
Forced to pay for extras that were useless for me I have heard a couple good things about chapman and several bad things, but they had a CRV I had been looking for so I went in. Not only were the Sale I have heard a couple good things about chapman and several bad things, but they had a CRV I had been looking for so I went in. Not only were the Sales managers rude during our process. BUT ALSO BEWARE WHEN BUYING A CAR FROM HERE THEY WILL NOT LET YOU BUY A CAR UNLESS YOU PAY FOR THEIR PROTECTION PACKAGE THAT THEY SUPPOSEDLY DID ALREADY AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EDGE PACKAGE WHICH IS JUST THAT IF A CAR IS STOLEN WITHIN A MONTH I BELIEVE. 2 stupidly priced packages that was FORCED ON when other dealerships will always just remove what they added if someone did not need the add ons. This had cost us a total additional $1000 ($979). So whenever you see a price online always add $1000 to it because when you go in even if your willing to pay the asking price like we were, they will not let you buy unless you pay for their add ons they Literally said, "We will not sell you this car unless you pay for all add on packages" this managers name was LUIS ESPARZA (Do not recommend) Goodluck Chapman you lost another further buyer and more since it's will not be a recommended Honda dealership from me. Heartbreaking Spending $25,000+ on a new vehicle and have things wrong with it that the dealer will not fix and be left with such a sour taste in my mouth. Disappo Spending $25,000+ on a new vehicle and have things wrong with it that the dealer will not fix and be left with such a sour taste in my mouth. Disappointment, mad that the dealer would allow this to go on without a care or concern. My car phone hands free has never worked correctly. I told the salesman that I am a registered nurse who makes home visits throughout the day. I stay in contact with my employer, patients, coworkers, doctors, etc. on the phone while I am driving. It is part of my job. Most people who talk to me on the handsfree hear echos and gobblygook on their end. I switch them back and forth to speaker on the phone itself, or talk on the phone, which I don't want to do. I took it to Honda multiple times for days on end, but they never fixed. They blamed me, my phone and Verizon. I've since switched phones 2X and used all the phones without issue on other vehicles. Then the pulling issue. Worked with Service for 8 months about the pulling. Forget it, they never fixed it. Today it was "finally fixed" after visits with alignments and rotations and tire blowouts and new tire purchases. Except it isn't fixed, it still pulls. More

I then traded emails On 5-26-17 I completed information on the Chapman Automotive web site to schedule a test drive of a used car in their inventory. I then traded emails with Spencer Turpin, an online sales associate with Chapman, to confirm my appointment for 10:00 am on 5-27-17. Spencer and I talked on the morning of the 27th, and he assured me that the car I had requested would be available at 10:00 am. When my husband and I arrived at Chapman at 10:00 am for the appointment, the car was not waiting for us. We saw the car being driven off the lot just as we were asking where it was. As it turns out, shortly before we arrived Spencer had given the keys to another salesman. That salesman’s customer was test driving the car. When Spencer said that the car could not be held even if we had an appointment for a test drive, we asked to talk with the manager. Adam, a sales manager, told us, “We can’t hold a car—that would mean taking it out of circulation. What if someone else wants to buy it?” (Well, I wanted to buy it!) He then said I could drive the car when it was returned but that it might already have been sold to the other customer during the test drive. We chose to leave. Selling used cars at Chapman is a cut-throat operation with no consideration or courtesy for individual customers. It was very clear that Chapman Honda takes no responsibility for honoring commitments made to potential customers. I will never again consider buying a car from Chapman. Nor should you! More

I made an appoin My overall experience at Chapman Honda has always been positive, but my last visit was not good. All I needed was a flat tire repair. I made an appointment by phone, showed up and there was no record of my appointment. I was seated in the waiting area and it took 1 hour for a technician to look at the tire. Then a service advisor came out to tell me that the tire was unrepairable, rather than argue and waste more time I decided to buy a new tire. It took another hour for the tire to get mounted, balanced and installed. A flat repair that would've cost me $7 (patch kit from Walmart) and 15 minutes at home, ended up costing over $150 and close to 2.5 hours, I'm really disappointed by the overall experience. More
