The CRV has a SERIOUS problem BEWARE. The direct fuel injection that Honda uses in the 2015, 2016 and 2017 CRV will create shaking and vibrations when in gear at a stop. EVERY STOP BEWARE. There are SEVERAL thousand complaints on the net and there are class action suites in California and Ohio because HONDA will not or cannot fix the problem. They have trained service to say that the vibration is "just a characteristic of the car". It's a common response in all the forum discussions.Yea-it's the characteristic of a broken car. The resolution is "so sorry" it's the best we can do. They'll make you go through the song and dance of multiple all day service dates to wear you down even though they know they have a problem when you drive in. Sales was full of scammers and service is full disingenuous incapable techs. This is a serious disclosure issue. Just google "my Honda 2016 CRV shakes" and you'll get half a million hits on a problem Honda claims is not a problem. Buy a Toyota. More

recent visit for service on a 2011 Honda CRV I recently had to get service on my vehicle. I went to Chapman because I had used them before and I wanted to go to a dealer as opposed to a repair sh I recently had to get service on my vehicle. I went to Chapman because I had used them before and I wanted to go to a dealer as opposed to a repair shop because of the advanced electronics in the newer vehicles. Turned out to be a good decision the switch that had failed controlled the environmental system and neede to be set by computer, which I am pretty sure most repair shops would not have. Service was fast and clean. More

I was told that they were ordered and I'd get a call when they came in and we'd schedule an appointment. Nearly 3 weeks later I finally left a message for the Service Advisor (Rene) that I had worked with ... a week later still no returned call. So, I called the parts department and was told that they had not been ordered. Thankfully, a different Service Advisor (Matt) helped me get this service completed yesterday. I've come to expect a bit more from my Honda Dealer and the Service Department ... this is my 5th Honda, so you could say I'm a loyal customer. More
