recent visit for service on a 2011 Honda CRV I recently had to get service on my vehicle. I went to Chapman because I had used them before and I wanted to go to a dealer as opposed to a repair sh I recently had to get service on my vehicle. I went to Chapman because I had used them before and I wanted to go to a dealer as opposed to a repair shop because of the advanced electronics in the newer vehicles. Turned out to be a good decision the switch that had failed controlled the environmental system and neede to be set by computer, which I am pretty sure most repair shops would not have. Service was fast and clean. More
Dropped the Sway Bar I was a little disappointed after a service visit on the 24th of October when the sway bars for the read of my car were not in stock. I was told that I was a little disappointed after a service visit on the 24th of October when the sway bars for the read of my car were not in stock. I was told that they were ordered and I'd get a call when they came in and we'd schedule an appointment. Nearly 3 weeks later I finally left a message for the Service Advisor (Rene) that I had worked with ... a week later still no returned call. So, I called the parts department and was told that they had not been ordered. Thankfully, a different Service Advisor (Matt) helped me get this service completed yesterday. I've come to expect a bit more from my Honda Dealer and the Service Department ... this is my 5th Honda, so you could say I'm a loyal customer. More

Stacy Ponce was a wonderful Service Advisor. I had stooped going to Chapman for my service because last time the Service Guy quoted me for cabin filter change $140.00 and for the Engine one $70 s I had stooped going to Chapman for my service because last time the Service Guy quoted me for cabin filter change $140.00 and for the Engine one $70 some Dollars.came home and told my husband. He looked at the engine one and First of all it didn't even needed to be change and Second; we quoted other places and find out that the quotes given to my at Honda was a total rip Off. In this last visit with Stacy it confirmed again. she advice me to change the cabin filter for $44.00 dollars. I thought wow. this guy really wanted to rip me off. She was very efficient in advice me in the overall maintenance of my car and explained the importance of it in full detail. I would definitely go again, But Only with her there. More
