Steve - Thank you for your feedback. There are multiple repair “fixes” when it comes to a repair. When we look at a vehicle we have to think about the long-term repair for that concern in order to back it with a warranty and have to look at the actual root cause. More Baloney. As I said, Honda is well aware of the shaking and vibrations of the 2015, 2016, and 2017 while at a stop in gear. There are two class action suits in two states regarding the defect. Honda has issued service bulletins to the dealerships regarding the issue. What you can tell Honda is that you sold me a car with a known and notorious defect and did not disclose it. Your name will be on the filing.
