I have a personal service advisor, but have become acquainted with many others. They always greet me with a smile and a wave. Decent test drive & sale. But the finance dept took hours Test drive and sale were quick and straight forward. Waited two hours for finance employee “Albert” to do paperwork as we were the only customers there at 10pm. Were told to come back following morning at 10am and paperwork would be ready. It wasn’t - we sat and waited again. I told them I had to leave for work & finally left at 12:15 and was late to work after rushing through the signing. Ridiculous!!! Dealership was empty at these hours. More

Good, fast service Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Dealer also provided a free multi-point inspection, the results of which were reviewed in detail by the Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Better then the other automil by miles! I was so scared to come in and ask for help since i was treated so horrible at the honda on orcle. I bought my car from jimclick who does not have anyone that can work on hondas. My transmission light came on and i needed it looked at. Ricky soto welcomed me into the service center with open arms and listened to me. Went from a nervous reck to the feeling of things will be alright. I highly suggest this location. My first time here and it is a breath of fresh air. More
WILL SELL YOU A CAR WITH PROBLEMS! Well, this is why you should wait a few months to post reviews... After the initial buying experience, this has been nothing short of a nightmare. Abo Well, this is why you should wait a few months to post reviews... After the initial buying experience, this has been nothing short of a nightmare. About a week after getting home, the Air Conditioner started blowing hot air. My wife and I called Chapman Honda to see if they could check it out. After leaving three messages and no returned calls, I called a fourth time with success. The man I talked to was Maher Chaghouri, he told me there was nothing they could do even though I just bought the car a less than a week before, and refused to take a look at it. However, he did say I could call the service shop and they may be able to offer me a special of some kind. After calling the service technician, I was told "There is no special, there has never been one, I don't know what your talking about!", "I'll check it out for you, but there is no deal and will be around $100 just to look". Being that we JUST BOUGHT A CAR, we were a little short on money and had to go elsewear. One of the big selling points for this car was it was sold new at Chapman Honda, and taken there for maintenance for the whole life of the car. So if there was any problem, they would know. It was bought new there, had it's entire maintenance history done there, and was sold back to them, which is when my wife and I bought it. We wanted to continue to get the car serviced there, but I guess they didn't want us there. After some online research, we decided to go to BreakMax, as they had high reviews, and were very accommodating and pleasant to speak too. However, once they checked it out, we found out that there was 2 very large holes in the AC, that was causing a large leak. The technicians there were great, they took us back, and even showed us their pressure gauges hooked up so we could see the difference between our car and a fully charged one. Even when the car was up on the rack, it was obvious there was AC spraying everywhere, not hard to spot. They even went on to tell us they would back us up when it came to Chapman Honda going out of their way to sell us a car with problems they knew about. Then we were told that they found dye in the system, which means the previous mechanics to work on it (Chapman Honda) seen the problem, decided not to fix it and just recharge it knowing it would leak, and sell "as is" without informing the buyer. Once we got this news; needless to say, we were not happy. Immediately we tried to call our original salesman, Jose Montoya. We left 2 messages for him and waited a whole 48 hours for a callback without a car. We even had to get rides to work off friends, just to give this guy a chance to call us back, but nothing. I will NOT let my wife drive around in 100 degree+ temperatures with no AC in southern Arizona, that is just stupid and unsafe. So after paying the bill, I have been attempting to call Chapman Honda for a week now. Four messages and zero callbacks in a week. The only reason for this, is they know exactly what's wrong and know what i'm going to say. They called back in 15 minutes when we were looking to buy, now it takes weeks. What's even more disappointing, is I am a disabled veteran from the 03' invasion of Iraq. I told our salesman I have a hard time getting around and need something reliable due to injuries sustained during the war, and he said "This car is 100% top to bottom, our technicians have checked it out 100%". I feel like Chapman Honda does NOT like veterans and will go out of their way to take as much money off them as they can. They see veterans as "suckers" to take advantage of. If you have any respect in yourself and your company, you will stop blowing me off and call me back to talk to me about this like an adult. I hope your happy with yourselves Chapman Honda, you really took it too a veteran and his family a few weeks before memorial day. More
