The Chapman Ford dealership sucks. I brought my car in for service on August 14, and after keeping the car for a week while rental car expenses were ticking away, the car had to be tow I brought my car in for service on August 14, and after keeping the car for a week while rental car expenses were ticking away, the car had to be towed to a REAL repair shop. The service department just didn't want to work on the car, because a rodent got into the engine, which is becoming a more commonplace problem because companies like Ford are manufacturing wiring harnesses with SOY, which attracts vermin. If they didn't want to work on my car, they should have said so on DAY 1, so that I could have my car repaired and back to me sooner. My car is now at CALIBER, and they are a fine repair agency, recommended by my insurance company and me. Don't wait a week like I did for Chapman Ford to tell you they are not going to work on your car. They are a disgusting example of a NO SERVICE 'service' organization. More

After seeing a vehicle that my husband wanted we went to this dealership not once, twice, three but four times without the vehicle my husband wanted and it wasn't because we didn't want the Lincoln Nautilus this dealership not once, twice, three but four times without the vehicle my husband wanted and it wasn't because we didn't want the Lincoln Nautilus or we didn't have the finances to buy the Lincoln Nautilus but simply because promises were made to us and the management team at Chapman Ford of Northeast on Roosevelt Blvd could not keep their promises..Who in their right mind would buy a almost $40k car with initials scratched into the vehicle. The disheartening part of the whole experience with this dealership was they promised they would call us when the vehicle was ready and to this date over 3wks later we haven't heard from anyone. Not sure if they took me for serious or not but either way it was their loss. More
