Went to Chapman for an oil change for a special they had til the end of the month , they asked me for the postcard saying they had a couple specials Currently. It did not specify you had to bring in the pos til the end of the month , they asked me for the postcard saying they had a couple specials Currently. Instead of the Special , which was change oil and filter , check and top all fluids, check all tires and brakes, they charged me $151.00 instead of the special price of $119.00. Then said I needed all new wiper blades that were in excellent condition, not needed !! I will be taking my business to another dealer in the future . More

Advisor didn’t properly advise. Informed me that the app was inaccurate and instead of advising me to change the service to the necessary one, just allowed a $600 unnecessary servic Informed me that the app was inaccurate and instead of advising me to change the service to the necessary one, just allowed a $600 unnecessary service to be done. Technician rude and disrespectful. I declined a recommended service and mysteriously ended up with a bolt in my tire. When I drove off the lot I noticed it and returned immediately and was met with hostility and rude unnecessary comments as if I did something. Management Ray is amazing attempted to rectify the situation was empathetic however after experiencing the negative attitudes of the advisor and tech I’ll drive back to the ford dealer I got the car from. More

My truck had a few issues, and although it took longer than I thought to get the truck back, they more than made up for it by covering expenses, washing the car, filling it up with gas, and delivering it than I thought to get the truck back, they more than made up for it by covering expenses, washing the car, filling it up with gas, and delivering it to my house.
