Advisor didn’t properly advise. Technician rude and disrespectful. I declined a recommended service and mysteriously ended up with a bolt in my tire. When I drove off the lot I noticed it and returned immediately and was met with hostility and rude unnecessary comments as if I did something. Management Ray is amazing attempted to rectify the situation was empathetic however after experiencing the negative attitudes of the advisor and tech I’ll drive back to the ford dealer I got the car from. More

My truck had a few issues, and although it took longer than I thought to get the truck back, they more than made up for it by covering expenses, washing the car, filling it up with gas, and delivering it than I thought to get the truck back, they more than made up for it by covering expenses, washing the car, filling it up with gas, and delivering it to my house.
