Went to Chapman for an oil change for a special they had til the end of the month , they asked me for the postcard saying they had a couple specials Currently. It did not specify you had to bring in the pos til the end of the month , they asked me for the postcard saying they had a couple specials Currently. It did not specify you had to bring in the post card . Instead of the Special , which was change oil and filter , check and top all fluids, check all tires and brakes, they charged me $151.00 instead of the special price of $119.00. Then said I needed all new wiper blades that were in excellent condition, not needed !! I will be taking my business to another dealer in the future . More
