Was told car would be done after lunch, around 1. Texted guy at 2:10pm, was told waiting on keys from service tech. It’s now 3:50pm and I call and told car is ready. How about some communication and let cus guy at 2:10pm, was told waiting on keys from service tech. It’s now 3:50pm and I call and told car is ready.
