I'm satisfied with my purchase of my 2017 ram 1500 But must say I had no idea that the previous owner had a dog and it difnetly spent alot of time in the truck for in between the seat and the smell will n must say I had no idea that the previous owner had a dog and it difnetly spent alot of time in the truck for in between the seat and the smell will not come out they did a poor detail job the more a inspect the truck it was definitely a rush job. Service writer was very professional, prior to appointment I was promised a loaner, at time of vehicle drop off was told they no longer have loaners, not good. Was told my extended warranty that I appointment I was promised a loaner, at time of vehicle drop off was told they no longer have loaners, not good. Was told my extended warranty that I paid $2500.00 for that my salesman said covered everything did not, had a water leak from rear side window which I had to pay $150.00 to have repaired. Also had a noise when cold which lasted a minute then when away, service said it was coming from behind the dash, noise still there, paided $100.00 deductible for nothing, will not be going back to ford for my next vehicle. Also was told that I needed a serpentine belt which had just been replaced. More
