Well your technicians need to make sure they CHECK their records before they tell a customer they need an alignment. I had my inspection done and in February I was there due to an issue & I had my alignmen records before they tell a customer they need an alignment. Thank God for Cristin or I would not only been charged for a battery on a used car I only owned Ten months but an alignment that was not needed. More
