Johnel is the epitome of a no pressure salesman. He is very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles at Chapman Ford in Northeast Philadelphia. After driving quite a distance to another deale He is very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles at Chapman Ford in Northeast Philadelphia. After driving quite a distance to another dealership to look for a truck, we drove around the corner to Chapman Ford and Johnel provided me with several purchase options. Even though I didn’t conclude my purchase with him, I did finalize my new truck purchase with another salesman for the same truck at another Chapman Ford that was just a few miles from my home.
