On no less than three occasions we changed our minds. He was very knowledgable and understanding. I have dealt with Steve on our previous lease three years ago and I will never deal with anyone else. Talk about customer service and being there. Trust me. This guy lives for his clients. That's refreshing. chapman BMW is my choice and I highly recommend Steve Murphy. My car was actually fine, but I wanted something that was upgraded and a little newer. My stepson had just leased a new 5 series from Kim Reid at Chapman BMW on Camelback and was extremely happy with how the process went, so he gave me Kim's contact information, and I emailed her. We met on a Saturday morning so I could tell her what I was looking for. To be honest, I didn't give her a lot of wriggle room on what I wanted, but she said if I was patient, we would find it. It was almost like I was ordering a CPO car. One of the things I enjoyed about her approach is that she didn't bombard me with an email every day with cars that didn't fit what I was looking for. Instead, I only received emails with cars that she knew were within my parameters. Last week, she sent an email to me containing what proved to be the car that I now own. When we met again on another Saturday morning, the car was sitting out in front of the dealership ready to go, and off we went for the test drive. It was clear that I really liked the car, and when we got back, we "crunched" the numbers, which amounted to a very fair negotiation establishing a trade-in amount for my car and the sales amount for the new one. It was very painless from the start. Kim is a professional at what she does: she knows BMW's very well, drives them herself, and knows that BMW owners are particular about their cars. She is easy to talk to, and made the whole relatively short journey to my new car a pleasure. In the end, she went out of her way to make sure I was a happy customer, which I am, by making sure everything about the car was right. I would definitely buy my next BMW from Kim, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a BMW.
