I have always serviced them at this dealership because it is by far the closest. Over the five years I have owned and serviced my BMWs at this dealership, I have had nothing but issues. Issues include lack of knowledge on root cause for a problem that could result in an accident [engine power cut], items taken from my car while it was being serviced, consistently rude and conceited advisors that assume and guess more than they provide accurate, verified information. I have loved my cars but would have them serviced elsewhere in a heartbeat if another option were close enough. Starting to think "included service" is not worth dealing with the Chapman BMW Camelback service team. More

Craig has been helping us throughout the whole search process and proved to be very responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. Once we found THE ONE, Nick helped out to close the deal. Both of them were great to work with not only during but after the sales process as well with a few questions/requests that we had. Kim Reid took me on several test drives and then we got down to business on the purchase of a new 535. I had two vehicles, a 328 and a 650 to trade in and the experience couldn't have been easier. They even made the trip to pick up the 650 so I didn't need to make a second trip. Despite having to trades, this was the fastest and easiest car buying expeience I've ever had. Kim was great to work with and I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you Kim! More

Typical dealership A slight improvement customer service wise over last visit. But, despite a 3 hr wait and confirming the "Your oil level is low!" warning light did com A slight improvement customer service wise over last visit. But, despite a 3 hr wait and confirming the "Your oil level is low!" warning light did come on via computer diagnosis....nothing done to correct the problem other than removing the extra quart of oil I added when the warning light appeared. They "updated" the navigation software and now I get an error message every time I start the vehicle. xxxx More
