Took my new X3 back the day after delivery to have deep scrathes repaired along with a dent inside the door jam, driver's door. They gave me a loaner, 530i.<br>The work was done poorly. The paint had ruff areas due to painting in a dirty ebnvironment. There was overspray on the front fender. There were signs that heavy & dirty items were transported in the cargo area. ( Grease spots and deep indentations in carpet) My rear mats had greasy foot prints, and had to be replaced. And my front bumper had scatches on the side. I was happy with the sale part but this experience was the worst I have ever had with service! More
Outstanding support for multiple minor issues that I've brought my car in for. For example, I showed up late one day unannounced with a tire low on air. I asked if they could fill it up, and they immedia brought my car in for. For example, I showed up late one day unannounced with a tire low on air. I asked if they could fill it up, and they immediately took the car in back, found a leak in the tire, fixed it, filled tire up, and brought it back to me without ever even asking my name, where I purchased the car, warranty, and at no charge. <br><br>Chapman at Camelback is fantastic! Brought car in due to failed power window and missing bumper clip. Charged me for new window motor even though BMW admits the design is faulty and has done courtesy replacements for other owners. Had to bring car back because they didn't fix the bumper clip correctly the first time. Advisor could care less about customer service and manager could care even less. Didn't respond to my phone calls or letters. Makes me wish I'd never sold my Audi.... More
Very friendly and courteous. Was willing to negotiate over the internet and we converged on a price in ~ 3-4 exchanges. Still remained courteous even when job troubles nearly forced me to cancel the purchase. No hidden charges appeared and they did not try to ram paint protection, gap insurance or other crap down my throat. Paper signing took ~ 10 minutes.<br>Downside: High dollar security deposit required. Got gouged on floormat purchase. Dealer needs to study up on their product more. More
