I came in to purchase a vehicle on October 16th, 2021. I already had my financing lined up, so the transaction was being treated as cash. After which, the dealership tried to get me to fill out a loan application and provide my social security number. I reminded them that I was not applying for credit, this was being treated as cash purchase. When signing the contract documents, they had me sign a form agreeing I would apply for other financing if they did not receive funding from my lender (USAA). This seemed reasonable, however I was not given a copy of all of my signed documents. More than 10 days later, I inquired because my trade-in still had not been paid off even though it was already sold. They responded that they had tried 3x to reach out to USAA for funding. I contacted USAA who stated they had not funded the loan because Chapman BMW was requesting $6000 more than what was shown on the purchase contract. I informed Chapman BMW and they said they would correct this mistake. USAA called me the next morning to say that the incorrect dollar amount had been submitted yet again. I believe that Chapman BMW is trying to purposely have my loan rejected in order to make me go through their financing. Submitting incorrect documentation to a bank, to me, is considered fraud. Why they would try and pull one over when I have another $75k vehicle waiting in the production line with them and they have already sold my trade-in is beyond me. This is absolutely egregious behavior. More

My Finance Manager was Jeremy Carithers one smart and fair gentleman he guided me trough the finance process and explained every option to ensure I was satisfied and understood my commitment. Chapman BMW on Camelback is the best BMW dealership in Arizona and probably the West Coast my advisors made sure everything I wanted and needed was covered and at the best price. I first took my car to the BMW North Scottsdale and they were awful. Did not assist in my vehicle being covered under Warranty, and tried to charge me $3,500. Mitch was my service tech and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted in getting the issue resolved and understanding that it should be covered under Warranty once he dug into it further. If you are considering between North Scottsdale BMW and Chapman, the choice is very easy. Don't make the mistake I did by going to North Scottsdale first. Very happy with Chapman and they have me as a customer for life now. More

From the time we walked into the dealership until we left we were treated with Respect by people who knew what CUSTOMER SERVICE should be. After purchasing the car, a little work needed to be completed. I returned three days later to have the work accomplished which was going to take approx 3 hours. Instead in sitting around they gave me a car and told me to come back in 3 hours. I did and the car was completed as promised. I will come back AGAIN to purchase my next car and will deal with Linda Daub and Robert Mills.
