Steve was absolutely amazing from the time I said hello to him over the phone. He was very professional and most importantly no pressure to make a sell! Steve greeted my family and I with a smile and that same warmth he did over the phone. All of my paperwork was ready, test drive was amazing and I was on my way! Get this... just bought a '13 3 Series Coupe for $19G. Discovered one simple feature that didn't work (electric folding side mirrors) so went by to see if they would look at it. Salesman pushed the button a few times and then folded in by hand. Amazingly enough they still didn't work. He said there was no profit in the car to fix them. If it would have been newer then he would fix them. Then to completely go against what he just said, the salesman mentioned that it would be a simple fix if I took it somewhere else. If so simple, why not take care of it. I mentioned that it was told to me that this part of the car worked and was not broken when i bought it.. He then stated that if it would have been the next day it would be a different story. This purchase was made less than a month ago and I made note that this is not a feature used everyday and I now reported it right when I tried to use for the first time. Too many confusing messages and double talk to get out of standing behind what they sold me. Initial visit was ok and car overall is ok but this level of service seems unwitting for BMW even if my car is a '13. Careful of what they tell you and test follow up immediately on all aspects to make sure they don't screw you over on any minor topic. More
Working with Steve and Chapman BMW was a breeze. I pretty much knew what I wanted and Steve was super accommodating. He went around and took some pictures of my options and texted them all too me. He was able to let me know the price differences and ultimately helped me pick out the best option for me. All over the phone! He let me know that they should be ready for me in a couple hours and that he would send the car over to detail. I showed up right around the agreed time and was whisked away to finance immediately! They didn’t try to upswell me any garbage, and got me out quickly. From there they took me over to walk me through the car and off I was. I think the entire process took 45 minutes at most. They have been great about following up and I would happily buy from Steve again! More

I have been lucky buying cars online in the past. I cannot express in enough words how awesome Jaylen Pacheco was during the negotiation process, thru the delivery process and after delivery. I recently purchased a BMW from Steve Murphy and he was one of the easiest sales agents I've ever dealt with. Very professional and to the point. He had knowledge of the product he was selling which isn't one of the easiest sales agents I've ever dealt with. Very professional and to the point. I took it into Chapman BMW on Camelback Phoenix and was very pleased with never really felt good about the recommendations or the customer service. I took it into Chapman BMW on Camelback Phoenix and was very pleased with my Technican: Gustabo Uribe and my Service Advisor: Chris Crawford. As a woman taking a vehicle into a dealership for service is scary enough. But with honest great guys like Gustabo and Chris, it takes away a woman's fear of taking her vehicle in for service.
