Out of my old lease and into something new! I started leasing through chapman BMW back in 2015. I walked away with a 328i that I was smitten with. Bill Beaudry originally helped me but moved on to financing so I was lucky enough to be able to get Craig's assistance. I went in at 9:30a on a Tuesday and walked out a few hours later with a brand new x1. I came in with an agenda of what I needed, and wanted and he was able to get numbers to me within an hour. He helped me lay out every scenario and navigated me through all my best leasing options. I truly believe Craig knew the bind I was in and wanted to help and I left the dealership feeling relieved. Third Purchase From Craig Just bought my 3d BMW from Craig (428i). This was the easiest buy ever. After 5 minutes on-line I picked out the car I wanted from posted inventory, Just bought my 3d BMW from Craig (428i). This was the easiest buy ever. After 5 minutes on-line I picked out the car I wanted from posted inventory, sent him a credit card to hold it. An hour later I had all the papers. He even drove it to me at my place in Sedona! Never saw the car until Craig drove it up my driveway (in a summer storm, no less). Talk about service! Craig is fantastic--knows the cars, the financing options and respects the customer's time. I initially brought it in only for this work, but Joe checked out the recall list and found Joe Helms just took care of the regular service on my X5. I initially brought it in only for this work, but Joe checked out the recall list and found that additional (free) service should be performed. He arranged for a loaner car, and kept me informed of progress. Joe keeps my X5 in tip top shape and this gives me peace of mind. More
