Easiest Experience I have Ever Had Buying a Car My wife and I were in the market for a pre-owned or new vehicle after our previous car was totaled. While doing an online search we found a BMW 328 o My wife and I were in the market for a pre-owned or new vehicle after our previous car was totaled. While doing an online search we found a BMW 328 on Chapman Camelback's website. I spoke several times with JJ on the phone, and he was very patient in answering all of my questions (and I had a lot). When I went to the dealership I met with Sammy (JJ was not able to be there), and he showed my the car, and took me for a test drive. He also answered all my questions. Both of them were a pleasure to work with. I also appreciated the fact that at no time did they try to "up sell" me on anything. I have been at other dealers before where, after you agree on the price of the car, they hold you for an hour trying to convince you buy extended warranties, etc. Neither Sammy, nor anyone else at Chapman BMW put any pressure on me whatsoever to buy more than I originally intended to buy - and that was a huge part of my positive experience . Above & Beyond Experience with Robert (Bob) Hirsch To preface my review, I have always dreaded the process of car shopping and negotiating with car dealerships simply because I don't trust them and des To preface my review, I have always dreaded the process of car shopping and negotiating with car dealerships simply because I don't trust them and despise their pushy sales tactics. Well, I was introduced to Bob Hirsch when I stopped by the dealership to look at a few cars I saw on their website. He immediately showed me the cars (without harassing me for personal information) and had me take one out for a test drive. Bob was extremely knowledgeable and within the first 5 minutes of talking with him, I could tell he was truly a genuine person. Although I wasn't ready to pull the trigger that day, Bob completely understood and let me walk away without harassment. Over the course of the next two weeks, Bob went above and beyond to accommodate my needs by working with his sales manager to get me the car I wanted under the deal terms I proposed. When I went in to pick up the car and sign all of the paperwork, there were no surprises -- the process couldn't have gone smoother. Never once did I feel like Bob was too pushy or aggressive (which is rare). All in all, I could not have had a better experience. JC Was Great to work with!! JC went above and beyond for me. I wanted to drive quite a few BMW's and he stood patiently every time and then asked whats next. I am not sure any other Salesmen would of put up with as much indecision. He seemed to understand me as a driver and know what to expect next. I wanted to drive a few cars on other Chapman lots. Even though he knew I would never buy them, JC still brought them to his location and me let put the cars through their paces. JC even let me walk away a few times without harassment and I could tell by his smirk that he knew I'd be back. I ended up with the perfect car and the whole experience tuned out to be fun.
