Why can't I leave 0 stars? ?? Terrible experience at this dealership. The new car "genius" did not inform us how to charge our new EV. He never showed us the cables, never said ?? Terrible experience at this dealership. The new car "genius" did not inform us how to charge our new EV. He never showed us the cables, never said this one does this... this one does that....oh by the way never use an extension cord.....nothing, 0, nada. After he left us, we realized the situation (while still standing in the dealership) we asked for help. no one was able to assist us, no one could be found to show us even the basics. Finally we gave up & informed the finance person & salesperson we were leaving. I said, I guess we're going to have to figure it out, the salesperson responded with "good luck" After leaving the car charging overnight, it did not register as charging. When we called the next morning to ask what could be wrong (messages left) no one called us back. Finally 5 hours later, after I left messages with the GM (still no call back) and the sales mgr. Steve sales Mgr. finally called me back. He assured me that they would have someone reach out to us and resolve our issue. Their solution was to have the "genius" text my wife and explain that the system really was working (when it clearly wasn't). After several more calls to the dealership, I received a call from a different sales manager who explained the issues we were having and why the car was charging slow and he made suggestions in the menu which allowed the car to start working. When I asked why his dealership could not answer the most basic questions on our new purchase, why no one was available to help, why did I have to get so angry to have any type of response from his store ? His response......."We need to look forward and not backwards" Please buy your new BMW somewhere else, this place is a joke. More
We were referred to this dealership and to Steve Murphy specifically. We had shopped at a couple of other dealerships before the referral, so we had a good barometer pf what to expect when shopping for a n specifically. From the first phone call to the delivery, there was no pressure and any and all questions were answered with verifiable facts. The car was out front, and it was clean and ready if we decided to make the purchase which we were happy to do. The "Genius" team assisted us on getting all of the tech set up and answered all of our questions. Looking forward to using the service depart when necessary and even future purchases. More

When we pulled up to the dealership Chapman Bmw On Camelback we were waiting for a salesman to come out and I guess we didn’t look like the BMW type. Finally Steve Murphy came outside and asked if he could help us and I said yes I was wanting to look at physically a X5X7 and M series. Steve showed us around the lot I looked in and sat in all of the vehicles I thought I was interested in and I really didn’t like any of them this one was too short that one was too tall and we went back inside and I sat in the M8 which was amazing! Then I told Steve what I was looking for and he asked me some more questions about what I could and could not do as far as comfortability in my car. And then he started to look for a car for me. He sent me some pictures of a car and it was OK but it really wasn’t what I wanted however he told me about all the benefits of buying it and all the different extras that it had. I wasn’t really overly enthused but since I couldn’t find what I wanted and he did find something really nice at a good price I decided as a starter car I could go ahead and get it. Well I have to tell you I absolutely love this car!!! Steve knows the game ! Steve knows exactly how to help a person! I can’t thank Steve enough for being seriously interested in what was good for me ,what I wanted ,and a price that would be very negotiable for me. I recently got an email that BMW was coming back out with the San Remo Green that I absolutely wanted so I told him when I’m done with my little car that I think I want to get the new car that was being advertised in San Remo Green!. Although I feel like my little BMW that I named Isabell is really a part of my family and I’m thinking I might keep her and still buy the new one later. I had been in a horrible car accident and this is my first little car that I’m learning how to drive again in and I couldn’t ask for a more nimble sturdy solid car to drive than a BMW . I am a Lincoln fan and I’ve always owned Lincoln‘s , I’ve had three now and this is my first BMW . I wish I had known that these cars were this solid . Steve has stayed in touch and I assured him that he would be selling me my next car and he’s already on the lookout for it which is really nice to have somebody who feels like family out there in the wide world of car dealerships is really so totally amazing I feel like Chapman BMW is part of our family as long as I’m dealing with Steve. I’ll be bringing my car in for service here if there’s ever a repair that needs to be made I’ll have them do it, and of course if Steve changed dealerships I’d go with him. More
Steve took care of me as I found the vehicle I was interested in, via the Costco Auto Program. Steve gave me several suggestions of alike vehicles as well and let me take it home for an overnight tes interested in, via the Costco Auto Program. He let me make up my mind without being pushy, and gave me a little extra sugar on the price as well. I would buy a car from Steve again. More
