I was looking for a Subaru WRX, Chapman BMW had one, so I traded in my Civic for it. The dealing went quick and I think I got a fair price for my trade. The complications with getting equipment taken off my trade was a little rocky but in the end Lyle and Savas took care of everything and were more than willing to work things out with me even after I had already bought the new car. In the finance department, I worked with James Harper. He was great to work with and made everything quick and painless. My only problem was getting a hold of him through his cell phone but that is in no way a poor reflection on him, they just seem to send a lot of work his way and that gets him tied up at work. And once I got a hold of him to cancel a warranty, he was very helpful even when he was with another customer. Above all else, I'm very happy with my 2009 Subaru WRX, it's a blast to drive. More
