My husband and I were looking for a vehicle to replace the one we are giving to our daughter to use when she leaves for college. The service we recieved from our sales person Savas Makridis was not only p the one we are giving to our daughter to use when she leaves for college. The service we recieved from our sales person Savas Makridis was not only professional but enjoyable. First let me say he was not pushy, he helped us with answers on all our questions. My husband drove the SUV, filled out the paperwork earlier that day but had to come back with me later that evening when I got out of school. We got there at 8:50pm and the dealership closes at 9pm. There was not a single moment we felt that anyone was upset with our last minute purchase causing them to stay longer. We talked to the financial dept where we worked with a gentleman named James Harper. He was patient with explaining and answering all our questions and we were out of there in a flash! He was extremly professional and friendly. Our best financial, smooth expierence with a car dealership! There was no hidden charges or fees, everything was up front. When we finished with James Harper, Savas was waiting for us with our new Mercedes SUV! I dont know who the detail person was but they did an amazing job too! Now keep in mind the dealership had been closed for about 30 minutes or so. Savas insisted on showing us some very important details of the car.It was late, dark he could have just shook hands and left but he wanted us to know the lights,turnsignals,hazards,side mirrors so we could adjust them, he even helped put in some radio stations! Its not very often you meet someone that looks past the sale and really wants you to know and enjoy your purchase. We would have probably left the dealership and parked in an empty lot to figure out how to adjust the car for driving home. Savas took those extra steps to go beyond others to help us so all my husband had to do was get in and drive home safely! Even though he knew alot on that vehicle he explained to us he knew BMWs better. He asked us to come back and speak to another sales person that know mercedes inside and out and could show us every detail on our SUV. He said they would bluetooth audio our phones to the vehicle for us and get us all set up. Now ask yourself this ....How many dealerships do you know would go this far and beyond for FULL customer service? Chapman BMW on Camelback holds not only a high standard of the vehicles they sell but the employees the have working for them. From the sales floor to the finance to the detailer we were extremly satisified and will highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a vehicle. Thank you,we are enjoying our new SUV! My wife and I had a good experience with Savas at Chapman BMW. We arrived with our two young kids ages 2 and 3. Savas was very patient during the many hours while we were there, with our kids. This could be challenging for others since our kids are loud (happy), very energetic, and require a lot of attention. As for the vehicle—we purchased a 2012 BMW X5 from Savas. We traded in our GL 450. The X5 was nearly $10k more than what we wanted to spend. But in the end, we really didn't want to keep the GL and the X5 had the features we liked and a very long warranty. Savas was not a high pressure salesperson, but was certainly persistant. It's a tough line to balance. I get turned off to high pressure sales or hyperbole. We thought we would pass on the purchase and started to leave, also in part because our boys needed to eat lunch. Savas lets us know that he really wanted to make a deal and he already had at least 90 minutes into our sale. Long story short, Savas promised that a few details on the X5 be worked out prior to picking it up. It had a small dent in the rear bumper and some other items that needed fixing / upgrading. Three days later, when we picked up the X5 it was just as Savas had promised it would be. In fact, they used a new part on the X5 that was going to be swapped out from another used X5. Of course, that was fine by me. Thank you Savas and Chapman. P.S. Note, we are used to purchasing certified pre-owned vehicles in the new car lot with the new car premises. The Chapman used lot is a bit run down, or not what we've come to expect when paying over $50k for a car. Ultimately however, Savas earned out trust despite the lot's appearances. More

Kim was friendly, knowledgable, and very patient. She answered all of our questions and took the time to work with us. Other dealerships did not seem to really care to meet our needs- but Kim really did answered all of our questions and took the time to work with us. My name is Rosalva Guerrero, and I have bought or leased a BMW from my local dealership in McAllen for the last 6 years. My BMW 328i was quickly coming to the end of its lease time, and I was already receiv a BMW from my local dealership in McAllen for the last 6 years. My BMW 328i was quickly coming to the end of its lease time, and I was already receiving BMW mail regarding deals for cars. I responded to one, and subsquently made a visit to my local dealer. I had already decided what my next lease was going to be: a red BMW Z4, 28i, sports package. After much research and my son's input, my heart was set on this car. The local salesman was not very attentive to my dream car as he searched the internet for car availability. He was interested in selling me another kind of convertible they had in-house. I told him what I could pay monthly, and asked him to please assist, being that I had been a loyal customer for 6 years. As he searched for my specifications, he informed me he could not find a match. We even discussed ordering a 2014 model, but he would still have to "work with numbers." I never heard from him again, and I was very disillusioned. Well, since I work from home, I decided to do my own research. I found some cars on autotrader.com and started making calls. This is when I met Steve. He was very attentive as I explained what I was looking for. There were 2 possible car options; one in Phoenix, and the other in Tucson. After comparing the two, I decided on the vehicle in Tucson. Steve and I worked on numbers, and within a half an hour, the deal was made! During the time of waiting for my car to be transported to McAllen, Steve kept in contact with me, updating me on information, and sending me a picture of the car when at his dealership. All paperwork was fed exed to me overnight. I got a call on a Sunday night from the guys in transit with my car that they would be in McAllen Monday morning. I met and swapped out cars Monday morning, and the rest is history!! All I can say is that if it weren't for my meeting Steve telephonically, my dream car would have NEVER been a REALITY!! HATS OFF TO STEVE MURPHY! HE GETS A GOLD STAR FOR THIS ONE!! More
