I continue to use Chapman BMW's service department because of Ernie Escobedo, service advisor for this location. Ernie provides top notch service and advisement. Any issues I have with my vehicle Ernie makes sure to explain in detail and goes out of his way to make the experience comfortable and with minimal inconvenience. I recently had to have my car serviced and I always request Ernie. For this visit he made sure I received a service vehicle because they had to keep my car for additional repairs. I was provided a ride to Enterprise car rentals. Their car rental service partner. Unfortunately, my experience with Enterprise on 12 ST & Camelback was a nightmare! They are the complete opposite of Ernie at Chapman BMW. I called Ernie and explained my horrific experience with Enterprise. Ernie went above and beyond to resolve all the horrible issues and discomfort they caused me, including inappropriate employee behavior and lies about the condition of the car returned. My experience with Enterprise was so horrible Ernie arranged to have their car returned on my behalf, so I wouldn't have to endure another moment of dealing with them in person. Ernie's actions to rectify the horrific issues I experienced with Enterprise restored my confidence in Chapman BMW. I can not say enough about Ernie's excellent customer service, quick resolution to issues, and his ability to once again make certain I return to this location for future service needs. I met countless people throughout both the NEW and PRE OWNED BMW dealership who thanked me for being a Customer at BMW. Knowing I wanted to trade my VW for a BMW, I contacted General Sale's Manager, Bob OWNED BMW dealership who thanked me for being a Customer at BMW. Knowing I wanted to trade my VW for a BMW, I contacted General Sale's Manager, Bob Cola who basically found me a BMW that would meet my needs and of course, wants. Bob was very cordial and extremely friendly as always. Bob and I go back to a previous dealership where I was one of his repeat and sometime too often a repeat Customer. With this, I am excited about being a BMW Customer. Bob introduced me to Sales Person, JC Chokrach who was so kind, fun, and friendly! He made my experience at BMW an enjoyable experience. JC Chokrach was extremely helpful. JC loves the BMW Brand. He is knowledgeable and certainly very informative. I look forward to returning to the dealership, even if only for a visit! I am a first time car buyer, but this was not my only experience with a dealership. I met Savas Makridis one year ago when I went in to see if it was possible for me to get financed for a car. As a full-time student and no credit history it was difficult for me to get approved for the vehicle I wanted. Salas spent many days trying to work out every single possible option in order to get me into the vehicle I wanted and not push me onto something I didn't. I was unable to get approved for what I wanted, but it didn't stop Savas from helping me get the car of my dreams. For the next year Savas has helped me build my credit by providing his knowledge and guidance, and throughout the year has always checked in with me on my status and well being and continued to provide guidance on the best methods to achieve the credit I needed to get the car I want. After a year I finally was able to establish some credit thanks to the guidance of Salas. When Salas called me today and told me they got the car I was looking for and that now he was going to be able get me financed , I was very skeptical and lacked faith. From day one Savas has made sure that I was TREATED AS A CLIENT and just another customer. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle a year ago, it didn't stop him from helping, because he cares about people and not just getting you into a car. When I came in today to see Savas I was very skeptical that he would be able to get me the car of my dreams after only a year of credit building. He knew my situation and made sure that he pulled out all the stops in order to make everything work. There was no need for me to even negotiate the price, because of how fair of a deal I was already receiving. LONG STORY SHORT. SAVAS MADE MY DREAM COME TRUE!!!!!! I came in with nothing and left with a 335i ;there was no need to sell me on the car because he knew that's what I wanted and BMW speaks for its self. This is my second experience with Chapman BMW Camelback and my first experience with Craig Rusin. My experience with Craig was unique to any I've had buying a car. JC was very easy to work with. He was tuned into what I needed as a driver and was able to recommend a car that suited me far better than the one that I initially visited the dealership to see. In my over 50 years of car buying experience I have never had a better experience. I was trading in my 09 Corvette for a BMW convertible.
