My grown son leased a brand new BMW 328i with the dealership agreeing to buy-out the last payment of his lease ending on the previous car. They were anxious to have him take delivery the same day as dealership agreeing to buy-out the last payment of his lease ending on the previous car. They were anxious to have him take delivery the same day as their agreement, but he told them he couldn't until two days later. So, two days later, he then picked up the car, signed the papers and paid the agreed fees. Less than 24 hrs. after taking delivery of the car, the dealership's finance office called him and said that they no longer wanted his trade-in car as the buy-out for the car was different than they told him. Within an hour of their phone call, my son called them and told them he was on his way back with the car and would take back the trade. Despite this, when we arrived, they didn't have the car. It was a few blocks away at their used car location. The dealership failed to do their due diligence at checking out the correct buy-out figures on his trade and told us because of it, he would potentially owe them $3-5000 more. Moreover, they had an additional two days to verify their figures. They seemed genuinely surprised that we brought the new car back to them, and we got the impression that they wanted him to get attached to the new car and would be willing to pay them whatever extra they wanted. This situation, unprecedented to me in owning dozens of cars, was through no fault of my sons. He has both a top credit rating and reputation, and we were appalled at the reprehensible way they did business with him, a new enthusiastic customer to their dealership, much less ANY customer. The sales manger really had no excuses nor offered any admission of a mistake on their part nor offered any apologies. We discourage anyone from doing business with this dealership, who at best was incompetent, and at worst deliberately deceitful. More

I was browsing autotrader.com for a good second vehicle when I came across a beautiful 2007 VW Passat 2.0T. I immediately called the number listed because I knew that the car would go quickly. Savas Makrid when I came across a beautiful 2007 VW Passat 2.0T. I immediately called the number listed because I knew that the car would go quickly. Savas Makridis was my sales agent that I worked with and couldn't have been happier. He wasn't the typical pushy sales guy that you get at most places and got straight to the point. I met with him the next morning to look over the car and to start the paperwork while the car was getting its inspections done and getting cleaned up. We quickly started the paperwork (only took about 30 minutes) and went over numbers and what not by phone seeing how I have class in the am and work nights. They were able to get my wife and I financed below what I was figuring very quickly. They touched up the interior of the car (had some cosmetic damage but their interior guys fixed it to look almost knew), touched up the exterior paint where needed and did a full detail, including the engine. When we went to finish the paperwork that Saturday, the car looked great! The financial side of the transaction was painless and very quick, only about 15 minutes. I highly recommend Chapman BMW on Camelback to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. My wife and I will be going back there in Feb 14' to get her into a new/used BMW. More

I recently purchased a BMW Z4, used, from Chapman BMW in Phoenix and worked with Bob Patro. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, professional and paid attention to detail. The price was right, the service was excellent from start to finish. Also there was a noise in the car when I left the dealership so I called him, he offered to look at it immediately and when I took it back he had it fixed while I waited (a very pleasant surprise). Excellent experience in all regards. I would recommend Bob to anyone looking for a vehicle (the sales manager, Lyle, was also a pleasure to work with). Superb dealership and staff. More
