When I was car searching, the car I had was HORRIBLE and entirely unsafe (I have a one year old and safety is a HUGE in my book). Over the phone, Savas was already an amazing salesman to work with. The car I had originally found I really liked, but when I explained to him my situation and what I was looking for, he recommended a different car of the same taste and it was PERFECT. I like it that much better than my original choice. Savas worked round the clock, and bent over back wards to make sure I was able to get this car. I told him the car I had was so bad, that I was about ready to do a voluntary surrender because of all the difficulty it was causing, all the money, blood, sweat, and tears (liuterally) and it could have potentially caused me more than a ding in my wallet. He was able to get me a fantastic down payment on my new car and almost left me in tears because of his kindness. Not only that, but he also took my car as a trade in so I would not have a "repo" on my credit. Just those few things proved to me that he cared more about me as a person and my sons safely, rather than a simple sale. He was not very pushy or aggressive to make the sale, but aggressive to make it convenient and the best all around for me and my baby. I definitely recommend Savas as your go-to 100%! He is an amazing car salesman and will do it for YOU, however YOU need it done. Genuinely kind hearted, and out to serve. Good man. More

He could have oversold me on a different vehicle (aka selling to my 'wants'), however his process found the right vehicle for me which addressed my actual 'needs.' It has been our experience that purchasing a vehicle can be a daunting experience primarily because the sales people that we have dealt with in the past truly have one goal, and that is to sell you a car at be a daunting experience primarily because the sales people that we have dealt with in the past truly have one goal, and that is to sell you a car at any expense. Their sale is more important than anything else and rarely do they truly listen to what we are looking for in a vehicle. Our experience with Savas Makridis at Chapman BMW on Camelback was totally different than anything that we have experienced in the past. From beginning to the end of the transaction Mr. Makridis was a delight to work with and we can not recall working with a more professional sales person of any kind. Our experience with Savas Makridis began with a phone call to inquire about a Porche advertised in the Phoenix Republic paper. Mr. Makridis informed us that the car had not been sold however there was a couple looking at the vehicle at that time. Mr. Makridis volunteered to call us back if the vehicle did not sell. Shortly thereafter Mr. Makridis called to inform us that the vehicle in question was still available. We indicated that we would travel to Chapman BMW on Camelback on the next day to examine the vehicle. The next day, a Sunday, we drove to Champan BMW and Mr. Makridis met us at the door and welcomed us to Chapman. After meeting him he showed us the car that we were interested in and answered our questions. His approach to selling a car, at least for us, was to let the car sell itself and he was only there to answer any questions that we had about the vehicle. Mr. Makridis asked us if we would like to test drive the vehicle and in a matter of minutes we were driving out of the sales lot. The drive sold the car and the only thing remaining was the negotiation of a sales price. The part of a vehicle purchase that we dread the most was a non-event with Mr. Makridis. He seemed to know exactly what the car would sell for and where the dealership could go on the price. There was none of the typical running back and forth to some hidden "sales manager" to complete the sale. We easily reached what we considered a fair price for all concerned. Mr. Makridis processed the paperwork and included a write-up of minimal things that needed to be completed by the dealership on the car before delivery. We left a deposit and walked out the door with a tentative date to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was ready at the promised day, all work completed, and we were out the door in minutes. The important part of the transaction, there were NO surprises at any point in the entire process, most of all at the time we picked up the vehicle. If you are looking for a special vehicle we highly recommend Chapman BMW on Camelback and we recommend Mr. Savas Makridis as one of the most professional car salesman that we have met. He listens, answers questions and lets the car make the sale. Our overall experience could not have been better at Chapman BMW on Camelback which we would characterize as an excellent choice for special vehicles. More
