Suffice it to say, he went above and beyond multiple times to give us the buying experience that you don't even know you deserve until Craig gives it to you. We were ecstatic to finally take delivery of a new convertible at BMW Welt in Munich. The first person that got to see photos of our new BMW (in Monaco) was Craig.
