I went to Chapman BMW to look only at one particular auto I found on the internet: M-B E350 2008. It was such a recent acquisition that the car wasn't even on their lot. I was disappointed I drove all the wa I found on the internet: M-B E350 2008. It was such a recent acquisition that the car wasn't even on their lot. I was disappointed I drove all the way from Chandler to Camelback and not be able to view the car. Anyway, Savas apologized but promised to have it the next day. As promised, he had the auto ready for my wife and I to test and inspect within the hour of calling him. He was very patient with us, since we both wanted to test drive it. My three year old was also treated with warmth and friendliness. Both on a personal basis and as a salesman, he was very cordial and professional. He thoroughly explained how all the interior buttons and compartments in the auto worked. He did this twice: on the first day and again when the auto was delivered, four days later. I don't have any hesitation in recommending Savas Makridis. More
