Steve Murphy was great to work with when I began looking at new cars after my old one died. He was very patient and he took the time to explain various details of the different BMW models to me as well as at new cars after my old one died. This was my first visit to Chapman BMW, I just moved from Berkeley, CA. Boy what any easy experience and what great customer support. Met Savas at the front door, was greeted and after explaining what I was looking for, we got right to business. We discussed a 2008 Acura TSX, I told him what I was looking for, what I could afford, explaining what I was looking for, we got right to business. He came back and said that what I wanted was workable. We went for a test drive, came back and got started on the paper work. From walking in the door to leaving was less than 3 hours. Never once did I feel pressure, and everyone I saw or talked to was friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. The sales Manager (Nick I think) and the finance Manager (Mike) were very helpful and friendly as well. I enjoyed this experience and will repeat in the future. More
