JC was an absolute pleasure to work with. I walked into the dealership thousands of dollars upside down on a vehicle and felt so lost and helpless. He was able to get me into a great certified pre-owned BMW that's perfect for me at a price I was able to afford. Before going to see JC I had visited three other dealerships and no one was able to get me into anything nearly as nice or affordable. Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with! Upon our arrival, he came outside to greet our entire family in the pouring rain. He took his time explaining to us features of the different models and went out of his way to get us a great deal on our trade-in. The reason was not only the car itself but Joe Lena's attentiveness, customer service, and his genuine interest in me being happy with my decision. He responded quickly to my phone calls and answered all of my questions and...just yesterday emailed and called offering a New Car Owner Clinic which comes at a good time while I am trying to learn all of the technology associated with this car. I have service my 2010 x3 at chapman on camelback for 3 years. Michael ludtke is our service advisor. he is extremely courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. he goes out of his way to take care of big & little things with care. we have had a long history with bmw, owning 8 cars in southern cal and Arizona. Michael is the best. we hope to keep seeing him for serevice for a long time. More

Which is one thing that turns me against making a purchase. He found my price point and showed the cars in my range. This saved time. Once we made a selection, he was very informative. This is the first premium luxury car that I have purchased. I had been planning on buying a premium luxury car for sometime, and narrowed my choice down between a 2014 BMW 320i or a 2014 Lexus IS25 purchased. I had been planning on buying a premium luxury car for sometime, and narrowed my choice down between a 2014 BMW 320i or a 2014 Lexus IS250. I started shopping around in the beginning of January. I went to North Scottsdale BMW and was rudely treated by a sales woman who showed me and allowed me to test drive a BMW 320i. She made me feel as if I wasn't good enough to own a BMW. I went across the street to the new Bell Lexus location to look at the new Lexus IS250. I was treated very well there, and after my horrible experience at North Scottsdale BMW, I was ready to write off BMW all together. However, I decided to check out Chapman BMW on Camelback, because deep down I really wanted a BMW. I talked with an online rep while browsing the new vehicle inventory on Chapman's website, and my information from the chat was forwarded to Robert Mills. Robert then called me later in the evening, and I told him what I was looking for. He invited me to come down to the dealership the next day. I went down to Chapman, and Robert sat down with me and discussed my options. He told me that the only option I wanted on the BMW 320i would cause my car to be ordered from Germany, and then he suggested the 2014 BMW 328i. I took a test drive of the 328i and was blown away. I decided to buy the 328i since it would be around the same price as the Lexus IS250, but the difference is I get more power with gas mileage about the same as my old Corolla. Robert was very straight forward during the sales process, and we were able to close the deal quickly with a fair price for the 328i and fair trade in value for my Corolla. My financing deal fit right into my budget, and in fact, ended up being less than what I paid monthly for the Corolla when I bought the car from Bell Road Toyota. Also, the trade in value for my Corolla was exactly what Bell Road Toyota was offering me when they tried to strong arm me into buying a Camry Hybrid (I don't like Camrys as they are senior citizen cars) two years ago. I was only at the dealership for about 3 hours, which is at least half the time I spent at Bell Road Toyota when I bought my Corolla 5 years ago. Overall, the car buying experience was the best I ever had. Robert Mills did a fantastic job, and I would recommend him to anybody. When I decide to get another BMW down the road, I am definitely buying from Robert Mills at Chapman BMW on Camelback. More

I've always been extremely happy with both the work that's been done and the overall friendliness and great atmosphere at on my BMW cars since 2007.
