I just purchased my second BMW X5 and Joe at Chapman was exceptional. He new the inside and outside of the vehicle well and could compare and contrast it with my 2008 X5 I was currently driving. After a car accident I needed to replace my BMW. I went to Chapman because of their great reputation and met Bob. He not only helped me find the next car for me but made sure that days later I was happy w to Chapman because of their great reputation and met Bob. I have purchased several BMW’s in the past from other dealership out of state but never received the assistance and follow up that Bob provide me. I am sure the other salesman are good, but Bob made me feel not as though he was a salesman, but rather an adviser to help me find the car I needed and followed up to make sure of that. Car buying can be a hassle, but it seem he took the “hassle” part out the equation and made it as simple as he could within my budget. The next time I purchase another car he is the person I want to work with and I would highly recommend him to not only my friends, but also to you. I would go so far to say that if he is not in, wait until he is. It is worth it! More
