Wonderful Experience! It is not often that you can walk away from buying a car exclaiming "I feel good about that purchase"! Well, I'm happy to report this time I didThe Chapman team was very accomodating and NOT pushy. I bought a used Mercedes SUV with low mieage and traded in my new Mini Countryman because I wanted more space. I feel this dealership was very fair with both the price of the trade-in as well as the used Mercedes. I bought the Mercedes "As-Is", but when I got home, my husband noticed a squeal in the brakes that I did not hear when test driving. When Savas (the sales employee) called me to see how I was liking the car, I mentioned the brake issus and he didn't hesitate in telling me to come back in and they would take a look at it! I was surprise because I bought the car "as-is" and thought I would just have to suck it up and take it to the Mercedes dealership (I had already made an appt. with them). When I arrived a Chapman, they gave me a rental to drive while they checked out the brakes. The initial service guy could not find an issue, so they took it to a specialist to find out what was going on. The next day, I got my car back with new rotars and brake pads- with no cost to me. I love the new SUV and we will definitely be purchasing from Chapman again in the future. I will also highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a new/used car! More

I went to BMW this afternoon looking to browse for a newer vehicle when Savas approached me, without second guessing he remembered be from a previous visits which made me feel more comfortable. He simply asked my preference in cars, was open minded to everything that I was looking for, he made me feel comfortable the entire time. Not once did I feel pressured into any decisions or vehicles that didn't catch my interest. I felt like I was in the best hands and that Savas was really trying to make me as satisfied as possible. Needless to say I walked out a few hours later with a new 2010 BMW 535I, warranty and at the price range I was looking for. I couldn't have been more happy with my purchase nor the customer service that was provided to me tonight. Thank you guys, after this experience I will definitely be recommending this dealership to many friends who are looking to make a vehicle purchase! More

First new car, first BMW! Joe Lena made my first new car buying experience a great one. He was very willing to work with me to get the car that I wanted and explain to me the Joe Lena made my first new car buying experience a great one. He was very willing to work with me to get the car that I wanted and explain to me the different features and options that were available in the 328i. I went in several times over a two month period and Joe was always eager to help me with any questions I had and was patient while I worked through the decision process. I would recommend him to anyone that is interested in buying a BMW and will work him him in the future when it is time to buy another one. More
