I have never been able to walk out of a dealership after a test drive without someone chasing me down the parking lot with a high pressure sales proposal. I really appreciated the low pressure attitude surrounding the sales team. Closing on a vehicle has always been difficult. Calling the old loan company, setting up the new loan, title application, registration, etc. The paperwork is always miserable. Joe was nice enough to tell me some stories and even offer me some food during the process. I know all about him and his mother's homemade meals. He was very friendly and by the end of the process it felt like I've known him for years. More
