Nice selection of vehicles and my only observation is price point is positioned at the very high end of the market. Tom Berra is your guy for purchasing anything from them period. I’m sure they have other great reps but Tom is no pressure, good conversationalist and follow ups are subtle with an emphasis on earning your business. Also, Tara in finance is awesome. She probed on my overall experience with everyone, why I picked what I picked and moved the paperwork along in no time. I even received a mystery service call about a trim piece that came in that I was unaware of from the original purchase and they sent it to me. I’d sum it up with a good people culture store, slight market premium, rotating nice selection of inventory, low pressure sales and an easy transaction process. Check them out and see Tom Berra! More

Initially I was beyond impressed with CBB. But as the days have gone on, I’ve became more and more unimpressed. I am out of state, and therefore I was purchasing a vehicle sight unseen. Trusting the images online, as well as the video the salesman emailed me. The salesman was very efficient and responded quickly. Made the process very easy. Even financing as a breeze. And they were quick to arrange transportation to my home the very next day. Like I said, very impressed. However, things then started to take a turn. While going through the motions, I was encouraged to place a hold on the vehicle so that way nobody else could buy it out from under us since we are out of state and the process can take longer. So I did. I was told the $2,000 would just be placed on hold and that the money would be refunded as soon as the deal funded. That was untrue. The deal funded, and I had to remind them to release the funds. It’s a week before Christmas after all. They said they would process it ASAP. Apparently ASAP meant 3 days later. However, not only did they refund my card… they then charged it again. So now I’m in the works with my bank to ensure the second “hold” does not in fact process. They have held $2,000 of my money for a week now. Next, when the vehicle arrived to my home, the gas tank was just about empty. What happened to the days of the dealer topping off the vehicle when sold? And to make matters worse, the check engine light was on. I contacted the dealer and was reassured that the salesman and the manger personally inspected the vehicle and the light was not on. The vehicle is barely broken in, there is absolutely no reason for the check engine light to be on. After getting that sorted out, now the vehicle is alerting me that the oil level is low. It has me questioning just how well the service department actually checked the vehicle. It also has me wondering if this is why it was so easy to make a deal and they were quick and efficient. More

Purchased from a distance and felt pretty good about the whole transaction they found a crack in the paint on a place even after they were paid and still fixed it which is appreciated. There was a few scuff all of which was shown to me so nothing surprising of course they ended up slightly deeper that I realized but they did get up close and clear images of it its just hard to see online. Overall i was very happy with responses and the price was fair i love that they ceramic coated and tinted it because i would have done that anyway so they saved me time. I would buy here again if i found some i want. The delivery was good the man came quicker than expected and seemed to take care of the car. I will say it was up front and easy transaction. First purchase from a distance and I would do it again. Tim is my favorite. I will ask for him if i buy another car from them in the future he was professional and if i didnt have him answering a question i had two others trying to call for him. Id say if nothing else the communication was on point and being in NC that was a major concern. Even after payment and even after delivery i was contacted to make sure it was smooth and i was happy More
