My salesperson, Andy, was very efficient and extremely responsive in keeping me informed during the transaction. I rated home delivery "poor" because the driver chose to park his truck 1/2 mile from my home and drive the car to me, not unloading it at my house. This was not acceptable because the county had recently oiled and graveled our neighborhood road so he drove the car on gravel for the half mile causing bits of gravel to settle in places on the car and in the treads of the tires. He should have driven to my house and unloaded in my driveway thus avoiding the gravel issue. I also thought it was strange that after spending that much money on the car I was given half a tank of fuel. More

I worked with David, Adam, and Hector all of them were extremely helpful. As a first time buyer I wasn’t very optimistic that I would get approved for financing but David and Adam went above and beyond to extremely helpful. Jon and the sales manager were great. The lot attendant however was the worst I’ve seen. Took over 2 hours to get the car cleaned. On top of that he spilled something in my driver seat, p The lot attendant however was the worst I’ve seen. Took over 2 hours to get the car cleaned. On top of that he spilled something in my driver seat, pictures were taken and hoping it doesn’t stain. Jon told me if it stains I can bring it back for a detail, but if the stain remains after the detail, I may bring it back for a return. Great support from the sales team, seems like there’s no accountability for lot attendants. 5 stars to sales. 1 star to service dept. More
