Andy, the salesman was very attentive and responsive. He was very polite and answered my questions mostly. I was a bit frustrated at the explanation with the additional almost $1000 charge for the cerami He was very polite and answered my questions mostly. I was a bit frustrated at the explanation with the additional almost $1000 charge for the ceramic coating and window tinting when the vehicle I purchased already had window tint on it as I saw it for sale from the prior dealer. I fealt this was a way for the dealer to squeeze money out of me, however, I wanted the car so I had to absorb that. When I received it, the “ceramic coating“ seems nonexistent and I am having to have it evaluated by a professional. There was also frustration when I sent a third-party inspector ,prior to purchase l, there and Andy gave them the wrong key which created a lot of wasting of my time and confusion trying to get the inspection completed within the 72 hour timeframe. The vehicle was shipped with only one key and no book which created more time for me to call Andy however he was very attentive and got the vehicle key and book in a reasonable amount of time. More
